This is the worst shopping experience around.
All the carts go clunk-clunk and the lines are always obnoxiously long. 20-30 min check out times. They could easily afford to hire more clerks, there are 14 checkout lines and only 3 active most nights. Ridiculous management.

It's employee owned, so they take good care of their employees, who, in turn, take good care of the customers. Its really quite brilliant how much difference it makes in the entire vibe of a place where they take care of the people who work there! AND their prices are on par with the other big W company who treat employees like crap and amazingly (not) their service is crap.

What’s to say about this place that hasn’t already been said? The staff always assume that anyone who looks homeless is suspicious and stealing, and that’s while you’re standing there waiting in line for 20+ minutes just to get checked out for 10 items. Lines have gotten worse over the months as people have left, or gotten sick, and them taking away self checkout because of “”all the theft”” certainly didn’t help. Don’t waste your time, either go to a different Winco or go to a different store.

Besides having a great selection the wait time to get checked out is insane. It is irritating to have to wait over 20 mins to get checked out. This wait time is even worse on the 1st - 9th during the day every month. People pulling 2 shopping carts stuffed full. There are no self- check out. Dont come to this Winco if you're in a hurry.

been going here a couple months now and received a ban today for “stealing”.
i went to self check out to pay noticed the screen still had the last transaction up. i informed the worker there she checks and goes “ yeah she stole the watermelon” clears the screen for me. i scan my things and pay. then head over to customer service as i needed a money order to find it closed. i asked someone when it would be open he informed me not today they had four cashiers call in. sucks but i get it as someone who’s worked retail for five years. he was helpful and told me where i could get one. i proceeded to leave my babies stroller was approached by a man in all black easily over 6’ roughly 250lbs probably more. i’m small 5’ 120lbs i don’t catch what he says so i say excuse me and continue to try to leave. he goes “we have some stealing today” to which i say no confused as i just paid. he and the lady with him then start trying check in my sons stroller for items… my nine month old son. pull out snacks and tell me i stole that to which i said no i have the receipt, next try to tell me that he’s clearly used bottle was stolen… last there’s a thing of baby nose saline spray. to which i admit yes i handed that to him i forgot bout it and tell them i’ll go back and pay. i get walked in back with my son fussing the whole time. they try to tell me i can’t take care of my clearly upset son. fill out my info then tell me i’m banned from all stores. this all stemmed from me forgetting i gave my son something to play with so i could shop in peace…. something that was $5 and i said i would pay for. i felt intimated, unsafe and harassed during my experience.

Winco is great for finding cheaper groceries but.... this location! I don't feel safe here, mainly the parking lot like someone is going to get attacked or my car robbed. The cashiers are friendly.
Adding security guards outside around the property could do wonders

Jason the store manager is utterly disrespectful. Did not treat customers with respect and insinuated that I was stealing products. Corporate needs to get rid of this guy!!

Feels like they intentionally designed this store with hostility in mind. ATM ate my debit card and I think they would have let me wait at the customer service desk until I died if I hadn’t found someone to interrupt for help. And even when someone finally came over he looked at me like the ATM locking my debit card and freezing was something I had done wrong. Well, I know when I’m not welcome. I won’t make the mistake of returning

Jason the store manager is extremely rude and talks to people in very condescending and rude ways. I will never come back to this store because the way he talked to me. He does not deserve to be a store manager, the title went to his head and now he thinks he’s allowed to act like he’s better than everyone around him just because his name tag is shiny. JASON U SUCK
