I purchased an Embody chair from Pacific WRO almost a decade ago and they have always been responsive, and professional anytime I needed a part replaced under the warranty of the chair. In the decade of ownership they were nice enough to send a technician to my house with replacement parts to fix any and all issues at no cost to me. It's really refreshing to see companies keeping their promise instead of finding ways to avoid taking care of the customer. Tim the tech/repair guy is awesome, he came out to replace a broken part and noticed that another part of my chair needed replacement for my safety, he fixed the initial problem AND referred a follow up appointment to fix the other part. I wont hesitate to purchase my next chair from Pacific WRO. Thanks again TIM!!!

I went into the showroom expecting to just try out the chairs, and find a better deal online. My experience proved different than my expectations. The product was priced much lower than anything I'd seen online.Matt showed me the main chairs I was interested in, and I was able to fully test them as he went through all the features with me.I now have the Herman Miller Embody arriving this coming week, and I couldn't be happier with my decision!Great customer service was provided.

I've bought two Herman Miller Aeron chairs from PacificWRO and both customer service experiences were great. Today during my second visit I asked if they could help me disassemble a Steelcase Series 1 I had purchased from another company so I could fit it in a box to return it, they were happy to help and even helped me load both the disassembled steelcase and the new Aeron into my car. Both staff members were genuinely friendly and professional.

PacificWRO was the regional Herman Miller Certified Dealer that was designated to service my HM Embody.I had a very positive experience, from initial contact to the on-site service work.This administration of the request was friendly, communicative and clear. The support tech was on time, and performed the service exactly as requested.Based on this experience would look to work with this company again in any other capacity that might fit my business.

They have a gorgeous showroom, knowledgeable staff, and a great selection of office furniture. Scott was very accommodating and helped me find the perfect solution for my office needs. 5 stars!
