They did not give me what I asked for which was just wifi, since I already have a modem and router. George told me it was $52 a month just for wifi and then when I called customer service they were able to give me just wifi for $35. The whole interaction itself was just not good especially since you could tell they don't really care about what YOU need they just care about getting more money in their pockets.

The people who work here are SO STUPID. They have no idea how TV works, how to set anything up, how to fix any problems, they can literally only give you a cable box and take your old cable box. They heard my problem and gave me what turned out to be all the wrong information. Nobody trains these clowns and they're all clueless. Absolute clown show!

Johnathan was the absolute best, very informative and quick at their job. Made sure to check in with me on how much time I had and was very diligent in explaining everything from cost to set up. Answered questions I didn’t know I had and overall provided an upscale customer service experience. I will be sure to come back in the future and request Johnathan’s help.

Awkward. Felt like I was interrupting everyones chit chat. Grumpy goth girl who assisted me was pretty much not friendly at all but just did the job of activating my new phone then said, thank u have a nice day. Hopefully I don't ever have to go back there.

This is not particularly for the Xfinity store that is nearest to me in general it's for the service the Xfinity fails to provide everything is extra with them we get no HBO's Showtime Starz not even animal channels but we pay about $120 for regular television somewhere I feel like Iam being ripped off. ...

SALES PEOPLE WILL LIE TO YOU TO SELL YOU A PHONE PLAN!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE: "NO" is their motto.We went to pick up our new modem and the sales person told us that bundling a phone would reduce the overall total cost to less than if we didn't have a phone plan... LIE!! got our 1st bill and of course it was more. Went to return the unused phone and cancel the plan and because it was past 14 days they wouldn't return it. To get us out of the store JAYE the "assistant manager" ??? told us we had to wait 3 month to see the amazing savings... LIE, LIE LIE. she actually told us our internet would be $5 after the discounts kicked in.. (in 3 months)funny... After 2 wasted trips to that store I went to Corporate and they were nice enough to take the phone back and cancel the plan.MAKE SURE YOU GET ANY DISCOUNT NUMBERS PRINTED ON THE CONTRACT... AND REVIEW IT OR YOU'LL GET BURNED!!! THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO SELL A PHONE PLAN.

Terrible service at this location. Only 2 people working plus a third person (supervisor? moral support? random observer?) hanging out basically around the desk area...not on or in anyway using a device of any sort...not the computer terminal, nor any mobile device...but also not helping any of the dozen customers, myself included, lined up waiting for help. One of the two actual working employees seemed to immediately default to a "No" as a standard answer all of the customer queries he was presented with...including cancelation of services, return of equipment, or billing issues. Of the customers in the store less than half had their issue or reason for being there resolved. Less than half...and of those the majority were just there to pick up items they had ordered online...so in actuality the employee was really just needed to literally hand to modem or phone/device over to the customer. The rest of us were either given the run around or just flatly told no, despite in several instances mine included, having been directed by Xfinity customer service specifically to go to the store to have our issues resolved. This included the person who was actively looking to switch mobile providers and was interested in upgrading her device along with the switch who unimpressed by the level of service left empty handed. No hyperbole it was really that bad...even on what should've been a slam dunk easy sale like hers. The employees were not openly rude but quite close to it as they were clearly there to do the absolute bare minimum as unenthusiastically as possible...bordering on hostility...definitely not a customer centric service model by any stretch of the imagination. They actually looked bothered more than anything especially when having to leave their seated stations for any reason. The third non working mystery employee seemed to just be lurking over the shoulders of the other two...again not performing any discernible function and certainly not helping any of the waiting customers. At one point a 4th employee came out from a door briefly only to disappear again but not before arguing with a customer who wanted to, and was according to her, instructed by Xfinity customer service to return her unused free promotional phone to that location...complaining that the customer service team on the phone is not well trained and they just try to make the stores do all the work. This may or may not be true but given the poor level of service we were receiving in the store by the comparatively trained staff his comment was not only hypocritical but also highly unprofessional. Maybe I will try again at the corporate Xfinity store location as I and several of the other unsatisfied customers were informed to do by the less than helpful crew at this franchise location.

I've had to visit this particular location twice in the last year - both times the service was exceptional. I was served very quickly with enthusiasm and friendly service by Gino and Justin previously.

I cancelled my account with comcast and returned all of my equipment at this store on Weidler in Portland, and I was still charged recurring billing. Cashier on my receipt was named “DK+”Watch our for this kind of incompetency at this store.I was lucky I kept my receipt and called back in. Wasted an hour of my time getting it fixed.

I went into Xfinity to set up a new account and was not expecting to be so well taken care of. Bree is the person who helped me out and she was so clear and informative. She helped me pick the best internet for my home, she showed me the deals, how to save money by linking my bank info and using autopay, helped me connect with the affordable connectivity program, showed me the xfinity app and how to activate my modem. I felt blessed to be helped by her, she was so generous and made the experience easy and smooth. Thank you!

I've been overcharged and locked out of my account basically Xfinity has left me up a creek due to three months without services and constant trying to fix the overages for months before giving up and I'm not having luck cashing in my insurance when my phone was stolen and told them three months ago finally on my second trip to store over this well due to this account being on hold or shut down now im three months behind and still being charged...Xfinity has taken too much I want my phone replaced as I bought it outright and I am not going to pay for three months still waiting on insurance payment for the 1200$ phone I paid outright for and had no idea that portion of my account was opened until the other day when they said on the "special" customer service line I got last trip out there... I'm literally wanting to cut losses of I have too but after I am paid back for my phone and I am tired of Xfinity... It's literally leaving me a week without food and can't log into accounts in general without my old number .. worst business I have experienced maybe ever . For a year and hf that straight chasing my money in circles...

If I had the option to give 0/5 I would, this location is very unprofessional, and on Both of my visits here I left with getting no help and feeling very frustrated, this location is only right across the street from me and I'll never go into this store again. Thinking of getting rid of Xfinity all together because I still haven't gotten help.

I recently moved to a new residence here in Portland, so I needed to go into the NE Wiedler store to ask a few questions about connectivity & such. Gio came forward to help me. He was fabulous! He was personable, patient, answered my many questions. I left the store feeling like I had been heard! Gio has my vote!Keith
