Terrible service agent lied to me continuously
Since I added Paramont + my bill has gone up
They convinced me to delete several programs to get our bill down $236 a month the last two bills $267 & $275

They were passive almost outright aggressive to me they threw me out after the first guy wouldn’t even answer my questions I asked for someone else and he agreed to help me then stared at his computer screen rolling his eyes finally I asked him what was going on and he said I needed to behave and that I already called into question. The integrity of his coworker then they swarmed me and escorted me out I truly dislike this awful company literally nothing I can do I guess but pay there fake charge

This Corporate Xfinity/Comcast Store
was extremely prompt and paramount in the manner in the methods of solving my known problems and issues with my home internet and mobile phones issues.and way that it corrected the mistakes that were all created at another store on NE Weidler St (franchised) which was full of young inept unskilled distrustful employees who were only worried about filling quotas going through as many customers as was humanly possible and bolstering their stats to feel productive rather in reality they are all off existing in a very unprofessional and unproductive fantasy world.
So I highly recommend this amazing Corporate Xfinity/Comcast Store on 68th and NE Sandy blvd. 5 stars!

Tried returning all my equipment after canceling service during a move. Employee only took the router back, told me the storm ready wifi piece was fully paid and mine to keep. A few weeks later $167.83 came out of my bank account after I was assured I would not be charged any further. Customer service online chat was prolonged, unhelpful, and complicated by language barrier. Turns out the storm ready wifi piece was not, in fact, paid off—employee was misinformed and caused me extra stress during my move. Would give zero stars if possible.

I went to Xfinity to reduce my bill from 266.00 took off home phone which reduced it by 30.00 got mobile phone was told it was free and the charge was 4.85 I changed from the
ultimate plane to the popular plan I was told it would reduce my plan I was told new estimated bill would be 207.00 Oh I did get a new box for 10.00 show at the MOST it should estimate at least 217.00 plus taxes I got my new bill it is now 296.00 How is this possible?

Returning some old equipment to replace. They took my old gave me a seat and asked me to wait and someone would get my new equipment. It was really stuffy. I was there about 10min and had to wait outside with my dogs. I let the front desk know I’d be outside and asked how long before I was helped. They said there was one customer ahead of me. I waited 30 min outside the front doors while I watched 3-4 employees mill around with nothing to do. They forgot about me and acted like they’d never seen me the whole time. Yes I was upset and rightfully so. This Xfinity store is historically terrible. Avoid if you can or keep pestering them to be helped.
