Called to get my bill reduced because you know, "my promotion is over" and it went up $25 a month. Never could get through to an actual human. Just an agent via text message. As soon as they figured out I wanted to save money and not spend more on something else, the "agent" completely stopped talking to me. Is Xfinity really this greedy, that they would treat a loyal customer in such a way? Now I have to go through this whole process again just to get my original internet cost back in motion. Do better Xfinity!

Horrible customer service. I was told once signing up I wasn’t on a contract and could cancel anytime. It was stated very clear, NO CONTRACT. Bam! Now this lady tells me I’m on a yearly contract. They do anything to get you to pay more money for stupid non existing services. Clearly this is a scam. Century link is not a great alternative option either.

Disappointing. I've been lied to twice from the store. This time your package will be overnight shipped after receiving a broken phone and the reality is that it won't be here for 3 days. They'll tell you what you want to hear, but not the truth. I'm convinced that's an issue with Xfinity.

This has got to be the worst, over sized conglomerate of a company that could exist. They treat you like cattle.They will haggle with you over fees you don't deserve. They have 0 custom service. If you want help? Good luck calling. They won't help you unless you purchase their terrible phone service. I'm serious! They will not fix your products or look into your billing issues unless you buy their phone service.At points they will send you "new" modems for your Internet. They are usually broken. I have been sent used, broken garbage as a "new modem" only to have to send it back. I'm on my 3rd return in less than 3 months. They keep sending me broken garbage. You will then have to go to one of their storefronts by making an appointment. You would think by making an appointment you'd have a slot to see someone. NOPE. The time slot means nothing. It's a free for all and they don't care if you're just returning equipment. You get to wait around for an actual hour after your scheduled time slot.There is so much more but hey, feel free to check it out yourself.America's biggest scam company. Comcast/Xfinity.Do anything you can to avoid this company at all costs.

Zero stars, spent six hours on the phone with them, one of their “overseas” reps changed my phone number on my account so I couldn’t log back in, was transferred six times, and finally told at the end, I would have to pay for a technician to come out and see what the problem was, I initially called in because my Internet was too slow, and by the end of the conversation they had completely deleted my account and denied that my modem was ever working to begin with. Incredible..
