Unfortunately I had my car break down in a not so safe area and I called zees. He was an amazing and courageous man. He was quick to respond to my call and I had a very short wait before my car was back home. Well worth the money.

My car wouldn't start and wouldn't jump start even after trying with a neighbor's vehicle so I called Zee's to tow to my auto repair shop. Zoran was friendly and once he showed up he offered to check the engine for me. He was able to jump start my car with his cables and informed me my cables were no good. However, my battery would not stay on for long so we towed it anyway. Zoran gave me some spare jump cables he had for future use. He also offered me a ride back home after dropping my car off. He was super professional and easy to work with. This is a small business, please support them!

Zee was a lifesaver for us when my tire blew on an overpass and I was stuck. My insurance’s roadside assistance wouldn’t take us because of the dangerous spot, but Zee arrived within 20 minutes and got us quickly towed to a parking lot, where he replaced the tire. He even took extra time to walk us through how to change a tire, which was immensely helpful, and gave us some referrals for a replacement tire and auto work. We very much appreciated him and will absolutely call him again with any issues!

Unhinged.I was referred to Zee’s by another company and called to schedule a motorcycle tow.I don’t care how many spam calls you receive a day or if you think my number looks like a spam number (I have a local area code), there is *no* reason to answer your business’ phone yelling (“Stop calling me!”), let alone continuing to yell when I clearly identified myself as a customer. Beyond unprofessional.I get it, spam calls suck. But explaining, “I’m a family man, I’m a good man, I’m just tired of the spam callers!” then launching into another round of raging at a third party (me) who doesn’t owe you the emotional labor of listening to your extended *yelling* rant is a you problem.I called you for a tow; you didn’t call me for therapy. I empathized and attempted to redirect you back to the tow quote three times; I should have ended the call the first time.Owner would not accept me saying I didn’t think this was a good fit (read: disregarded my ‘no’) for the tow job and continued yelling; I had to hang up the phone to conclude the conversation.If this is how you handle a misunderstanding, Zee, do your family a favor and go to therapy, specifically anger management.
