Loved my old store before I moved here. The shelves are not stocked, merchandise in boxes all over the floor and on carts, stuff in the aisle way that customers could trip on. It has been this way since I moved here 10 months ago.

Nice staff. It can get a bit messy in there, but that doesn't seem abnormal for these stores.

What a joke of a store. First the store is such a mess all of the time. Second, I was just in the store today about 15 minutes ago. I waited in line to checkout for 15+ minutes and right when it was my turn to be checked out the lady looked at me, flipped the light switch for her lane to off and said I’m now closed, I’m going to lunch. In which I said “Seriously”? I just waited for over 15 minutes in line! She said well they just opened another checkout. I glanced over and there was about 10-12 people in that line and I said i am not going to go wait for another 20 minutes in another line. She didn’t care to finish her job off checking me out along with the other 5-6 people behind me in her line. Such horrible customer service. I had two items in which it would have taken 30 seconds to checkout. They lost a sale and I told her she can out the merch back herself! Something really needs to be done here at the Dollar Tree in Prineville.

Says they r closed at 10pm online but yet they lock the door in our face at 9:40 pm on top of never answering the phone. WORSE customer service EVER!!!

They are very rude to their customers, I'm partial disabled it's like the employee's don't give a sh-t about their customers, I had asked if I could take the shopping cart ? out of the store they rudely said No then I asked the employee( s) to help me to my vehicle with my groceries the manager rudely said No.
A customer heard the everything that took place and stepped up and helped me with the groceries This is Wrong ???

The service in the Prineville Dollar tree store is excellent, but the shelves are always empty. I have gone there for antihistamine six times and the shelves have never been stocked.

Nice to see shelves stocked! Only one check out open and the music was so loud I was unable to hear my mom talking to me. Good choice of music, wanted to whip out my lighter and dance around like I was at a concert.

Always has only one cashier and long lines now you can't take carts outside so you have to make multiple trips with those terrible bags they provide.i won't be shipping there as much now
