Had a problem with the door on a 30 year old camper. These are a bunch of old guys that know their RV stuff backwards and forwards, and who are very helpful. What more can you ask for?

Took 2021 toy hauler in to get slide fixed last year under warranty. Over 1300 not covered under warranty and slide not fixed. Couldn't even use it once. Took RV back to idaho where we bought it, both motors bad. Both replaced UNDER WARRANTY. Too bad Darin left. Not worth the chance of false repair charge. Cost me 300 to take it to idaho and back.

This repair shop and especially Amanda went above and beyond to have my insurance help pay for the repairs. They were in constant communication and the workmanship was top notch. If I could give them 6 stars or even 10 stars I would.

I found this repair shop on the internet. It was the last two weeks before I was to leave on a month trip. I had a tire that was bald on the inside. After checking my RV, we found one axle bent. So I had them order me two new axles and shocks for replacement. My hat is off to Loran and his crew. I wish I could remember all their names, but I can't. ProRV in Prineville: Hooray! Loren (General Mgr) and John (Technician) saved our vacation. In the middle of our trip, we had a refrigerator malfunction in 95-degree weather, and they squeezed us into their swamped schedule. Highly recommend this business and these great employees!

We needed our black tank fixed as it was clogged due to not knowing there was a second drain pipe for the black tank on the passenger side. They found the problem and fixed it for us!! We are very relieved as we couldn’t figure out what was wrong!Every time we take our RV to this company they are always very efficient and help us out! We will always use this company and refer our friends to them!
