“first off if you would have asked me before i switched to the store next door to us cellular my thoughts on them it would have not been so good. You know the old saying you never know what you have til its gone. I for the most part wish I never would have switched to verizon. I did it because I was under the impression it had better coverage up the canyon where I live. Wrong!! I have no service with verizon unless i am also hooked up with an extra box. That being said Us Cellular employees where Always super helpful. I was never in there a long time. My on going average at verizon has been at the least 2 hours each time. Call or in person. Who has time for that? You wont find any of that with us cellular, their prices are better, they will go the extra mile for you and they will welcome you back even if you have tried out another company.”
