“I lost internet about 6:30 pm when Primetime was closed, I did leave a voicemail and about 6:55 I received a call back from them. The agent was great, walked me thru resetting the roof antenna and in less than 15 mins I was up and running, we have always had great service from Primetime since about 2011. I highly recommend them and thank them for helping me, Kim”

“I will say it was a bit of a headache, dealing with TDS from dealing with the Site dispatch and Sales one hand does not talk to the other very well however, I have to say Darren in the field being the tech was amazing. He came out and went away above and beyond and did an amazing job and kept it really clean looking and very professional. He stayed long and got it done. I I would say it Maybe even one, but because of him picking up the slack, I’m gonna say three stars if they got it all together, it would be five star service TDS for getting it done sooner or later. . More later.”
