There is a lady who works at the front desks, her name is Alecia, that is so awesome. I came in here super upset- having a pretty shitty day, and she just was so nice and personable and called me down. She helped me extend my line of credit and got me in instantly. In my opinion, she is a keeper and surely needs a raise.
