“I have nothing but great things to say about this company! I rented an excavator and skid steer for a week. When the excavator track fell off, my own fault, they sent a mechanic to fix it within an hour. When the bucket fell off the excavator, when the bolt came loose, Luke showed up within 20 minutes to put it back on. They were very accommodating to also keep soil coming so I could finish my project.
Although they may be a bit more expensive than their competitors, they are far better with customer service and working with their customers to help them get the job done! I highly recommend this company.”

“I've used Secure Storage located in Prineville, OR, a couple of times over the past 15 years - always amazing.
I've had great experiences with the staff, and the units have always been nicely taken care of, and they do a good job of holding the weather out, including the rain.
They have a decent size moving truck you can use for free other than the fuel you provide for using it.
I recommend this location of Secure Storage to anyone in need of a storage unit for personal items or a space for RVs, boats, and more.
They do video surveillance as well as the managers do live on site with their family. So please be mindful of that when on site.”
