Their servicing a remote location for juniper canyon so charge whatever they want,(to be fair it's called good business)this is what 54 a month gets you, for that much with anyone else you get 5-7 times that speed. Their plans also don't make much sense, more expensive plans don't always mean faster internet. But they work and are not spotty so far. Not even what you pay for, because its over priced we went with 8, but get 6. Whats even sillier is their 12 up and 2 down is more expensive than their 100 up and 100 downBut they have really good customer service and will even call you if you have an issue which most places could care less so that's a big bonus.Been 6 months and the internset has been consisitly stable which is great.

We live in juniper canyon and just started service; I was having issues with connection and called for help. First of all, my call was answered right away, like on the second ring, by an actual person which is so uncommon these days; second, Melinda is dishing up the best and most friendly help I’ve gotten from anywhere in a looooooong time. Sidenote: my connection errors are looking to be me being non-tech-savvy errors vs. hardware or service issues lol. Either way awesome and responsive and friendly.

When our household first signed up (2.5 years ago) they were decent and didn’t have to many service interruptions. Now it’s extremely slow and and can barely keep up with streaming half hour episodes. Which tells me they have grown their customer base but have failed to invest in growing their network and expanding their bandwidth. Long story short. They have too many customers and not enough bandwidth.

Jim did an awesome job installing and configuring my service. He is very knowledgeable about his work and takes great pride in his work. To the owners and managers of PrineTIME thank you for having such an outstanding employee like Jim on your staff. He was even friendly, helpful and very professional to each of my four neighbors who would stop him every time he walked to his truck with some random questions. Installation went well and when the installer tested it it seemed to work fine. I asked if I would have the opportunity to buy my router that same day, test out what service I had, and then pay my service fee (wanted to make sure I was going with the best company) I was told that it was OK. Turns out you can't do that and I have to wait until tomorrow for my internet when tonight is a scheduled game night. Thanks.
