We were traveling when a service light appeared. They got us right in. Diagnosed the issue (water sensor... dealer must replace) but they were immensely helpful. We'd use them again. Highly recommend this shop. Honest people!

?Unbelievable Experience! We are a Wildland Fire Contractor from AZ working on several of the 128 fires in Oregon in July of 2024. We noticed a leak coming from the fuel tank on our Wildland fire truck on our way from one fire to the next. We stopped at a dodge dealership in bend and was told it would be 2 weeks before they could even look at it! Absolutely lazy!! We drove on and went through Prineville. We stopped for coffee and I looked up a diesel mechanic shop on google and found these guys. I called and explained our situation and Vanessa said bring it in! We are so glad we did!Jaime dropped what he was doing, had it on the lift and had the tank dropped within 30 min of us getting there! Found the problem ordered a part and had us down the road by 11 am the next morning! Drove us to a motel, picked us up! I can’t say enough about these folks! I wish I could take all of my trucks here! Even the shop and office was immaculate! Clean and organized! Amazing folks!

The team at Priority replaced my injection pump on a 6.7 Powerstroke after I replaced it myself with a unit that failed right out of the box. After fearing the worst and thinking an entire fuel system replacement was eminent they diagnosed the issue to the pump and worked with me to get the info I needed to go to the manufacturer and get a refund rather than a replacement. The team was great at communicating with me and keeping me updated. I also opted to have an S&B 70 gallon fuel tank installed while it was there and couldn’t be happier with the choice. The other thing that really sets these guys apart is that they actually drove the truck for a fair amount after all service was done to insure that there was nothing that was overlooked and that the problem had been repaired. I can’t count how many times I’ve taken a vehicle in for service elsewhere only to drive away and find out something wasn’t tightened down or the issue is still present. I’d highly recommend Priority Diesel Performance to anyone looking for a solid shop to work on your diesels.

Hi everyone with a Diesel in Central Oregon. We highly recommend Priority Diesel Performance in Prineville as they have work done work on our Dodge 2500 Cummings Diesel truck for both maintenance and custom work. They were great. We trust them 100% and highly recommend them to anyone seeking honest mechanics. We appreciate the expertise of the entire staff who helped us: Himie and his wife, Vanessa, David and Jaime. They went out of their way to help on rather short notice and aced it!!! Professional, quality work and friendly.
