As i was heading home from prinville reservoir,towing my boat when i noticed the warning lights flashing .I noticed that the temp gauge showed the engine was getting hot.So I turned around and got a room for the night. In the morning I called several places to see if anyone would be able to take my vehicle in to repair. Priority Diesel called me back right away.They said if i brought my truck in they would do everything to get me back on the road. This was essential sine i Take medicine every 3 hours and I had only enough to get me home if i left about noon.In no time they had the new water pump and the tensoner pully and serpentine belt replaced.I think I was only there for about 2 hrs.I was truly saved by Dave and his crew. I believe they all went above and beyond to hel;p me in a dificult situation.

These guys know diesel engines. I was in a jam and fortunately, they had the time to jump on troubleshooting and making the repair. Professional, courteous, and thorough. You won't be disappointed.

We were traveling when a service light appeared. They got us right in. Diagnosed the issue (water sensor... dealer must replace) but they were immensely helpful. We'd use them again. Highly recommend this shop. Honest people!

?Unbelievable Experience! We are a Wildland Fire Contractor from AZ working on several of the 128 fires in Oregon in July of 2024. We noticed a leak coming from the fuel tank on our Wildland fire truck on our way from one fire to the next. We stopped at a dodge dealership in bend and was told it would be 2 weeks before they could even look at it! Absolutely lazy!! We drove on and went through Prineville. We stopped for coffee and I looked up a diesel mechanic shop on google and found these guys. I called and explained our situation and Vanessa said bring it in! We are so glad we did!Jaime dropped what he was doing, had it on the lift and had the tank dropped within 30 min of us getting there! Found the problem ordered a part and had us down the road by 11 am the next morning! Drove us to a motel, picked us up! I can’t say enough about these folks! I wish I could take all of my trucks here! Even the shop and office was immaculate! Clean and organized! Amazing folks!
