Too bad you can't leave a negative review. Have had an checking and savings account with a high balance for several years. Went in to branch and had zero service, asked questions, can't get answers, told to call 800 number if I need help. Bank manager sat at his desk and did nothing, didn't offer to help. First Interstate Bank was more then happy to help. Transferring my accounts elsewhere.

Had continuous problems with a couple of accounts at US Bank, spending a lot of time; however, one call to Kayla, a couple of emails and everything was fixed, everything moved smoothly, very courteous and willing to go above and beyond. I saw some other reviews on here and not to cause her more work but if I had issues I would definitely seek her out. She is absolutely awesome!!!

sadly the manager Noel was not interested in any customer service today i needed a small bag of coins run thru the machine he refused as i was not a business i met with him to ask why he could just do it for a customer he said no i was so shocked filed a report. i have been a customer for 25 years he was acting so smug it really was upsetting because he should have just done it would have taken less time lol

Not only do I think US Bank is a great bank overall but this is THE BEST BRANCH In the whole company!! They have the nicest employees who know how to give OUTSTANDING customer service and make you feel like you matter as a customer ESPECIALLY Kayla!! She is AMAZING and an absolute joy to deal with!! I'm proud to be a US Bank Prineville customer!! AAA+++

I would give this branch a zero if that was a option. The branch manager Noel Faler was very rude and disrespectful to my wife. She was trying to get information to solve a situation she was having with the ATM. Wouldn’t give her any information to try and solve her situation. Noel Faler rolled his eyes several times and could care less. Then when I went in and talked with him in a calm professional manner he did the same to me. I asked for his managers information and he refused to give it to me. This is a small town and customer service should mean more than that. I will be making a complaint to the regional manager as well.

Prineville U.S. Bank is hands down the best bank in Central Oregon. Customer service begins the moment you walk in the door. I believe it is the teamwork amongst the staff that makes them the gold standard. IMOI highly recommend this bank. Positive attitudes go along way.

Friendly ladies, just not in any hurry to get a line of people in and out of the building. In their defense, the whole town is that way. Slower in in general.

ATM not working. Had to go inside to get cash out. The teller, apparently unhappy and inarticulate, was able to secure the cash, giving me a receipt to sign. Since the receipt read 'Cash Advance ' I grew concerned. No cash advance, a simple withdraw from a debit card, the account amply endowed...Saw a banker as I was leaving and mentioned the ATM was not working. He said. Oh well, we stock it every day. Shrug of the shoulder. That was it.

They closed their drive-up window in 2019. That was bad enough but they have not reopened it during the COVID-19 pandemic! Reopening the drive-up during the pandemic would have made sense if they wanted to protect their customers and employees but apparently they do not care about either their employees or their customers! Might be time to go elsewhere.

Incredibly rude, slow horrible customer service. Zero ambition to take care of And keep loyal customers. They no longer have a drive thru and close at 4 pm. We have changed banks and will never go back.
