We were just shopping around but decided to purchase. TAYLOR was amazing. EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel like you are old friends. I was hesitant because of things I have heard over the years but she really went above and beyond to help us get just what we needed for our family. She did not try to oversell and worked the numbers a few times to make sure we had just what was in our budget. I appreciate you TAYLOR! I hope the company you work for does as well!

I've been getting texts and calls for 4 months saying I'm due for an upgrade and offering a new phone for $49.99. My current phone broke so I went in to get the upgrade and, wouldn't you know it, this store doesn't carry that phone, but does have a different one for $399.99 that I could purchase. Complete scam. The old bait and switch. Will never use u.s. cellular again and will not recommend it. Small town where word-of-mouth is still something that people go by.

Cell service sucks! I have 1 bar most of the time. My calls drop constantly. They tell you to do all this stuff to your phone but it does nothing! They simply don’t have towers! The cheaper bill is not worth no service

Concern Regarding Recent Customer Service Experience
Dear Consumer Cellular Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent visit to one of your retail locations. While I have generally enjoyed using Consumer Cellular services, my experience at this particular facility fell far short of the standard I’ve come to expect.
When I visited the store, the representative working at the front desk displayed an unprofessional and entitled attitude. Rather than assisting me in a helpful and respectful manner, they seemed more interested in pushing unnecessary costs onto me, leaving me with the impression that their priority was profit rather than customer satisfaction.
This behavior was frustrating and uncalled for, as I value fair treatment and transparency when interacting with any service provider. While I remain a loyal Consumer Cellular customer, I will not be returning to this location due to the poor management and lack of customer-focused service.
I hope this feedback helps highlight the need for better training and oversight at this facility. Please feel free to contact me if you require additional details about my experience.

I went in recently, to try to get a new phone using a discount I was told about from another store. I told this store about it, and both employees were extremely unprofessional and were badmouthing the other store the whole time. The lady helping us kept talking about how they don’t know what they’re doing and are “causing problems for us again.” It felt very awkward as the employees bashed the other store, and it makes no sense for them to talk that way about their own company.

first off if you would have asked me before i switched to the store next door to us cellular my thoughts on them it would have not been so good. You know the old saying you never know what you have til its gone. I for the most part wish I never would have switched to verizon. I did it because I was under the impression it had better coverage up the canyon where I live. Wrong!! I have no service with verizon unless i am also hooked up with an extra box. That being said Us Cellular employees where Always super helpful. I was never in there a long time. My on going average at verizon has been at the least 2 hours each time. Call or in person. Who has time for that? You wont find any of that with us cellular, their prices are better, they will go the extra mile for you and they will welcome you back even if you have tried out another company.

Went in to the prineville store last week. There was one person working and 5 people ahead of us. The person working (I think his name was Skyler) was super efficient and helpful with each person, got to us within the first 30 or so minutes of walking in, and was a huge help in answering questions and getting our phones upgraded. Thanks!

Okay, first off, the Prineville Location and their ENTIRE STAFF, are AMAZING. They were EXTREMELY helpful and very patient with my "poor" speedy decision making skills. Lol.Anyways, this review is directed towards their "Home Internet", it's a joke. First, the device comes in a package, with ZERO setup directions. Then once I managed to find and download a user manual online, it made me locate a strong enough signal using the device, which is fine, except they want you to move the device around to find a good signal; but they only include a 2ft cord. Then it says I have 800+ mbps speed, but then the connection once I get it set up is absolutely horrendous. And it keeps disconnecting and reseting my password back to default. And it is absolutely USELESS. The app keeps trying to prompt me to buy an antenna attachment. No, if it was required, then it should of been included, not have to be purchased through a 3rd party retailer. A complete waste of time and money. I will be returning and going through T-Mobile for home internet.LET ME CLARIFY ONCE AGAIN.The crew at the Prineville, Oregon, US Cellular Store, are AMAZING, friendly, extremely helpful and understanding. They are true Rockstars in the customer service industry. Their "Home Internet" Provider (Inseego) though, can go.......I'll let your imagination go wild with that one. ?

I have Made every payment every month and then I go in and they tell me that I have a balance of 800 due so I asked what for and they said we don't know why. And we can't see why I own that if I made every payment so I stopped paying on it
