“The installers were on time, very professional, great communicators and did an excellent job of installation.We had issues with the accuracy of the quote, which came to several thousand dollars more at time of the order due to all the fees attached.We also did NOT appreciate having to pay for the entire job upfront as we were charged for services that we were told we needed but ended up not needing and were not performed and it took several phone calls to our salesman to get a refund on those services that we had to pay for upfront. The refund arrived by check in the mail a few days later once granted.Another issue was with the specific color of vinyl baseboard called 'cove'. We were told it would be delivered to the job when everything else was. The job was scheduled out a month from the date of the scheduler's call. On the second day of the installation, we were notified at that time that our color choice was no longer available and a new color choice would have to be ordered and picked up in Portland. It extended completion an extra day.Overall, the new floor coverings look beautiful. It was just unfortunate that we had to deal with the inaccuracies at the time of the order and the delay in notification that our cove color was unavailable.”
