“Nothing special, it's a liquor store. But they have a well stocked and wide variety of spirits (including my favorite and sometimes hard to find Bacardi Black). One of the things I appreciate most aside from the selection is the prices: If you're not familiar with Washington State liquor stores, often they state the price for the item but not the associated taxes (which is very high in WA) so there is often sticker shock at the checkout. Here you know exactly what to expect before you buy. For example: you can buy liquor in CA (which is high for everything) at less than or close to half price for any liquor in Washington. So take note that if you're a drinker and you plan to visit WA buy your spirits before you come for a visit.”
“I was making a gift basket and PHR Liquor and More was highly rated. I am so happy to have gone there and recieved awesome customer service. Totally worth going here instead of over the bridge just to save a few bucks. Roberta was extremely helpful and I was able to get everything I needed and stayed within my budget.Plus, I lost the receipt and the manager helped me get a reprint (two weeks later) and didn't make me feel like I was an inconvenince at all. Highly recommend and will be going here more for all my Booze Gift Basket needs.”

“For such a small building, they stock a lot of variety of liquor, mixers, and coolers with fruit juice, energy drinks, and soda. Occasionally, they'll have seasonal liquors for certain holidays. Staff is wonderful and knowledgeable.”
