“I love Flood wood care products. I have a Flood deck preservative tinted a Walnut color, and it keeps my 30-year-old wood deck looking new, season after season. During Covid supply issues, I couldn't seem to find it to replenish my dwindling supply. The distributor I contacted in Texas sent the order to Rodda in Longview, but the distributor didn't give complete customer information to the Longview Rodda employees. The order was filled at the store, including the tinting, but they weren't told how to contact me, nor was I notified that Rodda was involved. After almost a year, on a hunch I called Rodda and spoke with Diane. Instead of saying, "We have a few cans of it on the shelf" (true statement), and letting it go at that, she asked me to hold while she went back into the warehouse. She came back with news that the gallons were there, and had been sitting there for a long time. I am thankful that Diane knew the inventory, picked up on the word 'Walnut' in our conversation, and made my day! Rodda has fabulous products, and their employees, like Diane, put them over the top.”
