Hello, my husband and I recommend Rainer appliance, we had a downdraft installation that we needed for our cooktop stove in the Longview Washington area. I was very anxious about my service due to it being both a freezer and dryer needing service. Both repairs potentially being very expensive. fortunately they fixed both appliances for a lower cost than expected. They were quick, knowledgeable, and informative.

These guys are amazing Jaimie was the lady who answered the phone and was bending over backwards that helped me even giving me some free parts to fix my refrigerator/ freezer, and John came out, and he saved my refrigerator freezer. He thought for a moment that it was gonna be toast, and then he had a part with him like the brains of the refrigerator/ freezer and he repaired it. And I have a working refrigerator and freezer and all for a very reasonable price. I am so grateful for being referred to them, you can't go wrong. By using these guys!!!!!

Buying a dryer here after our house fire was quick and easy.After many washes with 3 young boys the belt went out They didn't have the pulley on hand so they had to order one. I got a call Friday saying they would come as soon as USPS showed up. Saturday morning he came out in under 20 minutes fixed our dryer belt & the light.

Got a used set and they delivered it for free, no problem to bring it upstairs. Jamie advised me on which brand was the best. Saved a lot of money coming here.

Amazing.. Friendly.. Helpful.. Caring.. we bought a washer and John delivered it and took our old one.. while putting our new washer in he proceeded to get ready to put our dryer in for us and as soon as he turned the dryer around he noticed that there was wires showing and a few other things wrong with it and without hesitation he went back to Rainer to the shop to get the correct stuff that the dryer needed and he fixed our dryer for safety reasons and at no cost cuz we didn’t have the money to fix it. A enormous Thank You JOHN for keeping our family safe.. Thank you for your kind heart and your helping hand. Our kids my sister and mom and I are so very greatful. There really are no words on how we feel about your kindness and help. Once again Thank You John… I will and would recommend anyone needing any appliances or repairs to go there..

Five stars!It took a couple of days before we could book an appointment, but it was well worth the short wait. Mike came to our house Aug. 4, 2022, and went right to work to dislodge a foreign object that was tangled in the exhaust fan of our Electrolux clothes dryer. He had to do a lot of dismantling but got it done and put back together. Checked to make sure all was in working in order. And we were only charged for the service call which I found quite reasonable. I won't hesitate to call them whenever needed.
