Updated review. After a really good rental, I had a pretty terrible experience with Alamo's national customer service. I received a bill with no explanation and then was passed around to 3 different customer representatives and was finally told that someone would call me back. They never did. After writing a 1 star review(it's unfortunate that is what it takes to get in touch with companies today). I was quickly given the proper information. Rental was good. Redmond rental office was good. Customer service needs a lot of work.

Overall it was a seamless and good experience renting a car from here. Chrissy, the customer service agent, was incredible! Super friendly and efficient.

The employees working at the counter at the time of pick up and drop off were both very friendly. Unfortunately, they only had one vehicle remotely similar to the vehicle I reserved ahead of time. The car was filthy. There were all sorts of stains on every seat. There was some kind of sticky goo mixed with sand in the cup holders and center console. There were small piles of sand in the trunk. I've never seen a rental car so filthy.

I will never rent a car from Alamo again. My flight was delayed so that made me miss my next connection. I wasn't going to be able to pick up my car until the next the day. I call Alamo to let them know and I was told that because I couldn't get there before midnight, my reservation was considered cancelled & it would cost me an additional $50 to pick up my rental the next day. I had already prepaid for the rental to begin with so I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold. After 20 minutes on hold, I hung up & called back. I spoke to a different customer rep and I was told that because my reservation was made at the Redmond Airport location and they close at midnight, this is why my existing reservation would be cancelled. My only choices were to pay the additional $50 or cancel my reservation all together and that would cost me $10. I said I wasn't willing to pay more money for a shorter rental period, so I chose to cancel the reservation for $10. I will not rent from Alamo again!

Updating from last review. Alamo called and reimbursed us for the days we couldn't drive the car.
