I was interested in a 1999 Toyota Tacoma that was for sale at Approved Auto in Redmond Oregon. I contacted Jamie about it. Jamie is a very friendly and helpful person. He walked me through the entire buying process and brought in Murry to help finalize the paperwork and perform the walk around and test drive. 90% of the purchase was done over the phone/text. The whole process was smooth and problem free. Jamie gave me a fantastic discount on the purchase price and got the truck processed through the dealership for regular maintenance, repair of a couple problems with the truck and getting it professionally detailed.
Murry was fantastic for the walk around and test drive. He made sure to fill the truck with gas, informed me of which key went to what and suggested a lock and key business for the canopy keys that were not available from the previous owner. The truck is perfect for me, the buying process was smooth and took less than 30 minutes.
Couldn’t ask for more!

Jamie was great! I found the car I wanted online but lived out of state and had a lot of questions before making the drive, he was patient and happy to answer. Over the phone before I came in he gave me an estimate for my trade, went over financing options and extended warranty coverage, and got back to me in less than 30 minutes with bank approval. Later on after buying, when I had a slight concern/request, he personally reached out and made sure everything was taken care of. He was kind, professional, honest, and actually kept his word (for a car dealership this is rare but means everything). It’s been almost a month after buying, Really appreciate how he handled everything and took care of me as a customer after the purchase.
(P.S. the 2018 Honda accord on the lot is an amazing car and very well maintained, was so sad to trade but needed an SUV!!!!)
