This is a personally preferred location owing to the opportunity to complete other shopping errands at the same time. There is a somewhat rapid turnover of customer counselors, so it is a difficult task to build a long-term relationship with customer-facing associates. That being said, it was easy to talk with Nicole, who reviewed our current plan and advised a few changes that would save some money. We also discovered that there were available upgrades that made at least one family member very happy. Even though we reside on the east side, this is still our favorite retail location.

If you need help- ask for Joe. He was extremely helpful answering all our questions and helping us with several phone transfers. Made sure we understood our options but not a hard sell. Very good service.

My reason for my answers are simple the staff are like a family to me & great individuals with amazing personalities & that makes out for an all around great experience as a customer anytime I walk through those doors.

Went to add a line and purchase a new phone. The assistant manager, Joe, was the one who helped us. He spent time explaining the differences between the different devices, as well as the cases. I didn’t realize the differences in the cases other than the aesthetics. We never felt rushed. He was a fun guy to chat with while we were waiting for the safe to unlock the new device we purchased. I usually walk away from phone stores overwhelmed but not this time. My boyfriend can be very picky when it comes to customer service and was very happy with Joe’s level of service. Someone make this man a store manager ASAP.

I was recently in the fred meyers in redmond oregon, I got stopped by an at&t rep inside, so I decided to get a new phone with a trade in promotion. So I waited a few days for them to send my phone out and I get the phone, but no shipping label to send out my old phone for the promotion. So I went to the at&to store right across the street. I asked the gentleman if he would help me out with a shipping label and he said he couldn't do it for me because I went with the rep inside fred meyers. So generously, she manager that helped me felt bad that I dealt with the fred meyers rep, he gave me a free case with my phone for free! I just wanted to say thanks again! You were a big help and I appreciate you ?

Convinced me to wait a few days for a new Phone to be released, then told me it released the day I came back but wouldn't be available to buy or pre order for another week! Didn't have any opines in stock had no idea what she was doing. No help at all

Truly amazing customer service and the wait time was less than 5 mins. The person I spoke to at the Att store in Redmond was super helpful, and really kind. He gave me amazing recommendations and even helped me lower my bill in the long run. He left everything out on the table so no hidden surprises. You could tell that he truly wanted what was best for the customer. I have been with AT&T for 7 years now and they never fail to impress. Thank you for all that you do! Truly amazing service!

Both reps in the store were lovely but Adam helped us get a new member added to our family plan quickly. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service. Highly recommend.

AT&T Redmond Rocks!! It is so much closer to my home in Redmond than the Bend store. The staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. I have only had good experiences there and am grateful they are here ! Thank you !
