Have purchased here many times before but today was ridiculous. The person at the counter was so unprofessional it was a joke. Based on the lack of training or whatever, I will never buy again and easily order on Amazon. Zero empathy or Customer service

This place feels more like a hangout for aspiring, and back yard mechanics rather than a professional auto parts store. There are a few young employees with attitude problems, which is disappointing.
During my visit, one of the younger employees tried to help me with an engine code but didn't know what he was doing. When the code reader showed something unfamiliar, he acted like the part didn't exist just because his computer didn't recognize it.
I ended up going to O'Reilly Auto Parts, where the staff quickly identified the problem and got me the part I needed. This store really needs to step up its customer service and stop hiring employees who think they know it all.

I've only been in here a couple of times, but both have been great. The staff greeted me when I walked in the door and immediately asked if there was something they could help me with. When something wasn't on the shelf (a particular paint to match my car), the gentleman looked it up to see if it could be ordered. Instead, there was a listing for the same thing under a different vehicle make. He went back to the shelf and found what I needed. Excellent service.

I have worked on cars for many years but this is by far the best parts store I have worked with. Gina, the manager, is knowledgeable, professional and always pleasant. And she makes sure her staff is capable and courteous. I cannot say enough good things and would never shop elsewhere.
