“All of the staff are friendly and I've never had a problem renting from here. I only had one issue with one of the vehicles where the door jams were covered in mud. I realize it was probably rented as a work truck before. But as a regular customer, it wasn't what I expected to have to deal with and / or look at each time I got in and out of the truck. Especially trying not to get it on my shoes and jeans. I advised the rental agent when I returned, and it was kind of brushed off, which was disappointing. But other than that, the rental was super easy to book, and the electronic paperwork made picking up and dropping off a breeze.”

“It was a great experience the young lady was very helpful and quickly to action when the vehicle I requested was not ready. She was able to upgrade to what she had available not extra charge. For it being a small airport Redmond/Bend, Oregon the drop off was very easy keys were dropped off at drop box on counter no waiting required.”

“Had such a great experience with this National location. The manager, Cody, was so welcoming and very patient with me. I was a little spacy from traveling and used the wrong company code. Cody patiently and kindly helped me update my reservation to make sure I had the correct code. He also recognized my status and immediately recommended upgrading to a full size SUV. We loved the Jeep Wagoneer! It was so roomy and kept our teens from hitting distance from each other. When we returned the car, we were in a hurry and my husband forgot his newly purchased sunglasses. I was so surprised that Cody took the time to call me and ask me about the sunglasses. I was also amazed how easy it was to get Cody on the phone when I called back. He assured me that he will ship the sunglasses back the next day since it was after 11 pm when were talking. I have been renting from National for years and never experienced this level of customer support and care. So impressed and grateful.”

“I was unsatisfied with my rental and had a hard time exchanging it. Finally when they had another vehicle, I was helped by Cole at the Hwy 97 location in Redmond. He was extremely helpful even though he obviously had a lot on his plate. I learned that he's the only employee that works in that building. “I had an excellent experience with Hertz at the Redmond airport. Check-in was super efficient and the agent was very friendly. Most importantly, I dropped off my rental car at 4:30am (well before the desk was staffed) and left my cell phone in the locked car, which I realized after I had already dropped the keys in the box. I left a note with my travel companion's phone number, and by the time our flight landed I had a message from the manager saying he had retrieved my phone and would overnight it to me (at only the cost of their discounted shipping). Really excellent, friendly service!”
