For it being a small airport Redmond/Bend, Oregon the drop off was very easy keys were dropped off at drop box on counter no waiting required.”
“All of the staff are friendly and I've never had a problem renting from here. I only had one issue with one of the vehicles where the door jams were covered in mud. I realize it was probably rented as a work truck before. But as a regular customer, it wasn't what I expected to have to deal with and / or look at each time I got in and out of the truck. Especially trying not to get it on my shoes and jeans. I advised the rental agent when I returned, and it was kind of brushed off, which was disappointing. But other than that, the rental was super easy to book, and the electronic paperwork made picking up and dropping off a breeze.”

During our 4-week national park trip across the United States, we unfortunately encountered a problem with our full-size SUV. Given the amount of camping gear we were traveling with, it was essential for us to continue with a vehicle of the same size.
At first, this seemed like a challenge since no similar full-size SUV was immediately available. However, Trey at the Redmont National Car Rental station went above and beyond to help us. Instead of leaving us stranded or waiting for hours, he identified a recently returned vehicle, personally took it to be washed and vacuumed, and within less than 30 minutes, he handed us an acceptable replacement.

“Needed a AWD/4x4 to get to and from Mt Bachelor. The car was really clean and I thought it was new but it had 26000 miles on it. Car was solid in pretty icy conditions. Service was great. Tiny complaint that there’s no parking when returning the car. So some signage there would be helpful, to guide returning cars and where to park. But employees were so friendly upon returning the car and got me going to security to catch my flight. Always have a really solid experience at RDM’s Enterprise.”

“I had an excellent experience with Hertz at the Redmond airport. Check-in was super efficient and the agent was very friendly. Most importantly, I dropped off my rental car at 4:30am (well before the desk was staffed) and left my cell phone in the locked car, which I realized after I had already dropped the keys in the box. I left a note with my travel companion's phone number, and by the time our flight landed I had a message from the manager saying he had retrieved my phone and would overnight it to me (at only the cost of their discounted shipping). Really excellent, friendly service!”
“We had no issues with the car pickup or drop off of our rental car. They did not have the car available, we rented, but they gave us an upgrade that actually was very beneficial given the amount of stuff we were carting around with us on our trip, and it got great gas mileage. The entire experience was pleasant.”
