“Fantastic customer service that was professional, friendly, and just on top of it! In and out of check-in and the airport in less than 5 minutes. Early, early drop-off before they even opened and just parked and dumped my keys in the return box. So easy and they contacted me once they opened with my final return charges and e-receipt. Every car rental should be this smooth! Will definitely use them again next time I'm in Sunriver.”

“Fantastic individual who went out of their way to assist me with a rental. They don't accept debit cards, but I give a five-star rating for the employee's help!”

“I had the best experience getting my rental car from the Alamo team at the Redmond Oregon Airport! Tianna made the process so smooth and quick and I was given some great places to visit and restaurants to try from her and her coworker. They were so sweet! Also returning my rental car was a breeze and the gentlemen who assisted me then was so nice as well and I was done in less than 5 min!”

“All of the staff are friendly and I've never had a problem renting from here. I only had one issue with one of the vehicles where the door jams were covered in mud. I realize it was probably rented as a work truck before. But as a regular customer, it wasn't what I expected to have to deal with and / or look at each time I got in and out of the truck. Especially trying not to get it on my shoes and jeans. I advised the rental agent when I returned, and it was kind of brushed off, which was disappointing. But other than that, the rental was super easy to book, and the electronic paperwork made picking up and dropping off a breeze.”

“The staff here are outgoing, friendly and extremely understanding of unexpected life issuances in case of a need to extend or modify your rental period. They were happy to break down and explain the details of my contract everytime I needed to adjust the length of my rental. Will continue to bring my business here and strongly suggest you do so as well!”

“I had an excellent experience with Hertz at the Redmond airport. Check-in was super efficient and the agent was very friendly. Most importantly, I dropped off my rental car at 4:30am (well before the desk was staffed) and left my cell phone in the locked car, which I realized after I had already dropped the keys in the box. I left a note with my travel companion's phone number, and by the time our flight landed I had a message from the manager saying he had retrieved my phone and would overnight it to me (at only the cost of their discounted shipping). Really excellent, friendly service!”
