I love my provider and have been with her for years, but once High Lakes bought her out, I can never get in touch with a live person in the office. I'm going to be looking for another provider, which is unfortunate. The phone rings and rings and rings, and there's never an answer.

The staff and practitioners have always been amazing on being kind, taking time to answer questions, putting patients first and not rushing through things.I have been to several different doctors outside Highlakes Health and seen patients called back late and then rushed through their appointments while not being heard.Practitioners and nurses at Highlakes Redmond have always been patient focused. This is what sets them aside from other medical professionals.All visits are like your first visit; high quality care every time.

I recently called to set up an appointment to establish care and the entire experience was great. The front office staff are wonderful! Dr. Quinn is also amazing! She actually listened to what I had to say and was so personable. I really like her and would recommend her to anyone!!!

Change over to High Lakes is NOT GOING SMOOTHLY! Would change facilities if we didn't have 20 years of extremely positive service with COFM. Waited on phone 13 Minutes to get a person on the phone. Going on line to MY Record is complicated and not user friendly and still not working for us.

Doctor's and staff great! However, the phone system is awful and very hard to get in contact with staff. They also use an online "portal" for records, which is fine, but it is also used for communication between patients and doctors and is very slow and frustrating. Also, you can't even fax to the individual offices in the area. Apparently the faxes go to another location, which again takes more time. Sometimes technology brings us back in customer service, clearly in this case. Management should really rethink how they are doing business. It's feels more like a veterinarian clinic. Except the phone calls are answered at the vet.

Soon after moving to Bend, we became established with this practice (after some really great feedback from my bestie). I cannot say enough great things about this practice. Dr. Lemee has been amazing and has spent so much time with me and my husband sees another dr who he also really likes. Never rushed, always wanting to reach the root of the problem - they are awesome!We moved from a large city and never in 6 years did I experience the level of care I have been provided by High Lakes. They are all great - front office team, nurses, and doctors. Zero negative comments from this patient. Love it!

My experience, for years, has been outstanding. My PA, Jamie Freeman is remarkable. She has been the most compassionate, caring & authentic health care professional I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I can count on her to be honest, explain all details regarding my health concerns and issues and mostly assure I'm doing what is necessary for preventive care. Jamie is a blessing with a gift! High Lakes is very lucky to have her!

My experience with High Lakes providers has been quite positive. They've been thorough, thoughtful, insightful, and intelligent. They also have been good listeners. Waiting time is short, and their follow-ups with prescriptions, referrals, lab orders, etc. are very prompt.
