About Central Oregon Truck Company

Central Oregon Truck Company is a reliable and safe flatbed trucking company offering great service and support. It runs the best equipment, with an exclusive fleet of new Kenworth tractors and Reitnouer flatbeds. It is 100% flatbed and 100% company driver, consistently voted a Top 20 Best Fleet to Drive For. The staff is helpful, personal, and respectful, with everyone from the president to other drivers being accessible. Pay is good, consistent, and benefits are great. Orientation is intense but effective. Some drivers note a forced dispatch system and the lack of an owner-operator program, but the company is dedicated to helping drivers succeed and get home when needed.

It amazes me the people that bash Central if they don’t make it through orientation. I was and still am a rookie flatbedder with 2 years reefer experience. Orientation and central is rough but the rewards are well worth it. Forever grateful of the opportunity and support
