They recommended a type of tank to suit the needs of our residence and made the installation process quick and easy. Our refill process is also quick and easy. Special shout out to Kayla who let me know I was using the old portal to order my propane and for directing me to the correct place - but most importantly making sure my tank was filled in time for Thanksgiving. I am extremely grateful - as are the other 17 people who will be celebrating at my place this year!

A scam… you are charged whether you use gas or not.

I just called for a quote and immediately was able to talk to a real person (AmeriGas, take notes on how you actually do customer service!)
Even though I am unfortunately out of their service area they told me what the price of propane would be and it was much cheaper than AmeriGas as well.
If I ever do move to this market they will be my first phone call. Thank you!

When we signed up with Co Energy, We were told would be on a route.We constantly Have to keep an eye on our propane level in constantly have to call, friday 12/22 I called and talked to a Sherry I mentioned that we are at 18% on propane she argued that our tank was showing 22% I told her it is 18% that I do not know why I always have to call if we are on schedule, but sarcastically she says who ask you to call I said we have to call because you don't deliver. She says I'll let the driver know.Still no propane on Friday. Saturday morning My husband calls and talks to another lady that our propane is 15% tells him that we are being delivered today. No delivery At 4:45 PM.My husband calls and it goes to after hours service. The woman took the information, told my husband she was sending message to a driver and they would be calling us. nobody called. My husband had to hook up a propane heater in our house too regulate our heat so are tank would not go empty.Still no calls Saturday ,nothing Sunday or Monday,12/26 Tuesday morning my husband called right away propane at 11% was told delivery today very last minute of the day 10%THAT % IS BECAUSE OF THE AUXILARY MY HUSBAND HOOKED UP TO USE LESS FROM THE TANK.THESE LADIES WERE VERY RUDE COULD HAVE CARED LESS.WE ARE BOTH DISABLED,PROPANE IS OUR ONLY HEAT SCOURCE.We understand it is a holiday weekend, they should been doing their job Knowing it was a holiday weekend coming up.

For the last 10 years I have used CoEnergy propane for my home propane service. We have had several issues off and on over the years but out of convenience I stuck with using them. Recently we had a situation where a connection valve on our tank was damaged when we disconnected the tank to fill it. We took ownership for the damage and spoke at length with CoEnergy and they indicated there would not be a charge for a tank replacement. Fast forward to last week when they replaced the tank. The serviceman showed up and verbally told me he brought only about 12 gallons of propane in the tank and he would set up a service call to have it filled up after he set it. I received an invoice the next day for $630 which was immediately deducted out of my account because I'm on autopay. This includes a $150 service fee, a $50 hazmat fee, $307 to replace the damaged part, and 32 gallons of propane @ $3.99 p/gallon. When I called them to question the unexpected bill, their customer service was incredibly unhelpful & just rude. She was eager to cancel my account for me right away when I mentioned the word. To top it off, my gauge only indicates there is about 18 gallons of fuel in it rather than the 32 they are billing me for. They still haven't returned my phone call regarding that matter.The same day I visited Ed Staub in town. They told me they could arrange set up of services in less than a week. There is no delivery fee, no set up fees, no hazmat fee, and I get the tank rental free for a year. To top it off... their fuel prices are $2.69 p/ gallon!!Co Energy is robbing their customers with their prices! I questioned them as to why they are so much higher priced and the customer service girl can only tell me "I don't set the prices". Homeowners beware & do your due diligence before settling!saga continued…I called and asked them to cancel my account and they said it would take up to 30 days for them to pick up their tank. I asked them if I was going to be credited back for the propane in the tank that I didn’t use. It took them 2 days to call me back with an answer and then they told me if I wanted to be credited back for the unused gas that they would charge me $150 service fee to pick up the tank, $.50 per gallon restocking fee, and $100 tank rental fee that I haven’t paid yet this year. However, if I don’t ask for a credit they won’t charge me for any of that. ? I can’t believe any company can get away with handling business this way!

Poor customer service. Frustrating that every time I go here they are closing up 15-20 minutes ahead of their posted closing time and not willing to serve anyone. Has happened on multiple occasions and I'm over it.
