Burnt and cut me multiple times. Didnt do the shape or color i asked for. Made my acrylic very thin and lumpy. Because my nails were so thin 3 nails chipped within 2 days.

I've been coming here regularly for the past 4 years and always get great service and a beautiful set of nails.
The staff is attentive and works hard to make sure you're pleased with the end results.
I recommend them. They say walk-ins are welcome, but I'd highly suggest an appointment, as it's a very popular place and can be difficult to get in on short notice although they do try to accommodate everyone.

A friend and I came here about a month ago for 2 full sets of acrylic. seemed as if they just barely squeezed us in, and once I got home, I really looked and I hated them. As well as my friend, had mutual feelings.
She wanted simple acrylics they were purple, nothing fancy. And they came out looking like duck nails….as for mine, I asked for almond shape and got stiletto, and my French tip was supposed to be WAY thinner than I got.
I lost one nail after a week. And the rest I COULD NOT GET OFF. It took me 4 hours if picking, prying, soaking, it was truly more work that it was worth…I had globs of product underneath the nail, truly upset about how much we spent on that…

Original:I called Thursday night and made an appointment for two for pedis to happen on that Saturday. Phone etiquette was great and we made an appointment for 11am.
The service for my friend and I was gentle, friendly and overall a great experience.
I read the previous reviews, both of this nail salon and all others in Redmond. I am unsure why they are ranked so low. The service is great, my toes are adorable and my feet are so soft. The leg and foot massage was thorough and the prices unbeatable. I got the deluxe with a polish and nail art. $53. That included wax, towel wrap, everything! That is more reasonable than anywhere else in town. Thank you thank you! I know where I'm going from here on out.

Love this place! Multiple occasions I have booked day of for 3-4 people and they always get us in. I’ve only got pedicures and they are the best I have experienced! They actually spend time on you making sure everything is perfect and foot/leg massages are amazing! Prices are good especially considering other places are more expensive for less work/attention to detail. Definitely recommend this place!

Best set I've ever had! Connie was fast, friendly and incredible. She did exactly what I asked for. Spent a considerable amount of time shaping and perfecting. Plus this spot was 20% less than any Bend salons I've found. My new girl for sure. :))

Such an amazing experience, made an appointment the day before and didn’t have to wait when i got there. Lee is who did my nails and she was phenomenal not to mention the prices are to die for, i got tips and she also added a white dot boarder and didn’t even charge me extra for it. these are also my birthday nails and im beyond happy with the result!!

I have been coming to this establishment for years but today is definitely the last time. I called and made an appointment with Michael like I always do on a Monday. When I arrived he turned me away and said I didn’t specify the nail tech which I did. I always do. We rescheduled for today (2 days later). I arrived at 4pm which we specified that Monday due to me having to work. I even saved the appointment as a reminder in my phone. When I showed up for this appointment Michael whom is the manager and owner of this establishment looked at me quickly and said “your appointment was at 5”. I attempted to explain that it definitely was not and I made this arrangement days ago with him personally in the store. He then proceeded to say “okay you can wait”. 3 other people have came in and been helped before me. I’m absolutely livid and can not believe someone who comes here every 2 weeks and is a known regular would be treated this way. I’m appalled. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The customer service has dwindled to the point of embarrassment. I have also had numerous times where I have left upset with my nails and eyebrows. Often times the lengths are different or they crack after 3 days of wear. I work in an office and I don’t put stress on my nails. I just don’t get it.

I hate to give anything one star- but a gel pedicure took TWO HOURS and it wasn’t busy. My nails got cut very short and a few people switched off to help. It was sooo painfully slow and still cost me about $80 dollars. Really not a good overall business experience.
