Dollar Tree is my go to for candy and snacks (chips/crunch n munch etc). Although they are no longer a dollar the 1.25 for most items is still a great price.

Cheryl has Horrible customer service very rude.my mom was looking one of the decider things so another customer could set there things down. So my mom wen ahead and grabbed the one she saw and this Cheryl Lady takes it out of her hand and tossed a different on to my mom. Wen I called I asked for the manager she was who answered the phone I asked for her name didn't give it to me she asked what is this in regards. I told her her employee was rude she needs better customer service and the she had the nerve to be disrespectful and laugh and me and said wow. I said wow how about maybe u speak to her and u your self as a manager have horrible customer service as well I will be calling back till I speak to a different manager.

ALL of the employees rock socks! Just 1 good example of the awsomeness that is the staff at the Redmond Dollarstore....
Yesterday I went in right as one of the three ladies was about to clock out for the day. Whilst her and the manager where in the office counting out her till, Trisha, was the only cashier. She had a line to the shampoo isle and growing fast! It was awesome watching her keep "customer service face", converse to guests bout there day, ask if they needed bags, ring, check and bag all at once. Still finding time to reassure the rest of us that help was on the way. Then find something to smile about.

3 kids were in front of me in line and they were like a Dollar or 2 short. I wanted to pay it forward and help them out but the male cashier wouldn't let me. Very disappointing and kinda controlling in my opinion.

I didn’t want to even give a total one star about this place. I specifically went there for birthday wrapping paper and the entire area was empty. When I approached and asked a lady (manager) if they had any that may be elsewhere in the store, I was told that they had some in the back of the store, but not enough employees to stock any areas that were empty. She didn’t even offer to go grab one for me, as I told her even in front of a gentleman cashier, that that was the whole reason I even came in to the store. So, I had to get a birthday bag that won’t even be big enough for what I needed to wrap. If you are that lazy to take care of customers, knowing that you have product they need, but don’t want to go grab, you absolutely should NOT be in a management position. If you are in a management position and your store is empty of products because they just aren’t put away, then you should be working a lot harder and longer hours if needed. People like that should not be allowed to work for any company that has customers, especially in a management position!!! I will absolutely drive all the way to Bend Dollar Tree(s) before I ever go back to that store.

I used to love this place a lot more. And tho thin gs cost more now, I spent a lot, A LOT, more money when things were all $1. The "Dollar Store" appeal is gone now forme. . It's kinda sad, really...
