I didn’t want to even give a total one star about this place. I specifically went there for birthday wrapping paper and the entire area was empty. When I approached and asked a lady (manager) if they had any that may be elsewhere in the store, I was told that they had some in the back of the store, but not enough employees to stock any areas that were empty. She didn’t even offer to go grab one for me, as I told her even in front of a gentleman cashier, that that was the whole reason I even came in to the store. So, I had to get a birthday bag that won’t even be big enough for what I needed to wrap. If you are that lazy to take care of customers, knowing that you have product they need, but don’t want to go grab, you absolutely should NOT be in a management position. If you are in a management position and your store is empty of products because they just aren’t put away, then you should be working a lot harder and longer hours if needed. People like that should not be allowed to work for any company that has customers, especially in a management position!!! I will absolutely drive all the way to Bend Dollar Tree(s) before I ever go back to that store.

I used to love this place a lot more. And tho thin gs cost more now, I spent a lot, A LOT, more money when things were all $1. The "Dollar Store" appeal is gone now forme. . It's kinda sad, really...

3 kids were in front of me in line and they were like a Dollar or 2 short. I wanted to pay it forward and help them out but the male cashier wouldn't let me. Very disappointing and kinda controlling in my opinion.

Shouldn't be legal to call it the "dollar tree" anymore. Items now range from $1.25 and up. Absolutely ridiculous, the quality of the items are only worth a $1

I noticed that some sections were a bit unorganized and messy, making it slightly challenging to navigate through the aisles. However, it's essential to keep in mind that this is a dollar store, where the stock turnover is high and customers are constantly rummaging through the shelves. So, while tidiness might not be their strongest suit, I can't hold it against them too much.On the positive side, the service I received at The Dollar Tree was fantastic. They tell you no returns or refunds violating the idea of post a notice for the customer to see. They show you that it's printed on the recipe but not everyone gets a recipe. According to my understanding of this no refund or returned policy in stores it has to be posted so that the public is informed of this policy. I don't know the ordnance code but but it is law that a company must post there return policy to the public. And customer service is not something I see in this store very well. When I see a customer asking for help and a stranger ends up helping her instead. The cashier wouldn't even radio for help for her. All I can say is wow. The employee's are polite but the way they present themselves needs to be worked on. Customer service needs to be top priority for a store or the customers will find somewhere else to do business

I was pleasantly surprised that all the isles were clean and orderly. Usually, things are misplaced or jumbled up due to big and small people trashing it. The children move things to play with, and the adults put things back wherever they want with no regard to their real place to be set down. Someone has been working very hard to maintain the cleanliness of the store. Bravo to that worker or workers.It's still the best place to buy necessities.
