Had everything set up for a rental I go in and say I need two forms like a utility bill or a check stub, if I'm supposed to have that stuff why don't they say it in the email they send out?! As a once employee for the company I thought they were good but not when this crap happens. So what I did is go to Avis next to them and definitely got a better deal and vehicle. Enterprise y'all going down hill and I'm loacal I shouldn't have to have two things of proof for income or whatever that dumb shit it for.

Felt compelled to leave a review! Besides Turo, my go to, this was the easiest and best car rental experience I’ve had. Incredibly quick check in and drop off. 5 stars

The worst experience in my life. I reserved a car 6 weeks in advance, but for some unknown reason they didn't accept any of my three cards I used to pay with for two whole months in the USA. The banks confirmed to us that the cards were in perfect order and there were no problem at their side. Enterprise did not even accept payment via PayPal or in cash, absolutely zero understanding and willingness to help us in any way.In the end, we did not miss our flight to Europe only thanks to the fact that we turned to the company U-Haul, from which we rented a moving truck. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with them, including kind and patient service.

Enterprise RDM tried to give me a safety compromised car and took advantage of me. I had a reservation #1346317206 for a car at RDM airport starting 2/17/23 for 4 days for a total of $181.42, or $45.36 per day.I made standby on a flight, so at the last minute I modified this reservation to add one day upfront for 5 days starting 2/16/23, and boarded the plane. I was quite surprised on arrival that night to see a bill for $337.29, or $67.46 per day. The counter could give me no explanation as to why my rate jumped 50%. It was now late and there was no other options. Then I had to wait 45 minutes for the car to be washed.Driving away from the airport, the car's TPMS light came on. Returning to the airport, the manager tried to sell that the pressure was fine. TPMS systems fail when cold. This is not true. I was not about to accept a car with compromised tires, at night, during a snowstorm, where many roads in Oregon have no cell service. The only option I was offered was to upgrade to an SUV. The final charge was $448.40 or $89.68 per day, or double the original rate. I have yet to receive an email receipt itemizing these charges. My expectations are:1) when I extended the reservation by one day, my daily rate would not increase.2) Enterprise would not try to sell me that a safety compromised car was ok to drive.3) With the reserved car malfunctioning and having to return to the airport, Enterprise would have offered an alternative car at no extra charge. This has been my experience at other rental firms.4) Enterprise would have had the car ready on my arrival.Enterprise did not live up to it's commitment to have a car that was deserved, and took advantage of the situation. My view is the charges should be consistent with the original reservation.Original daily rate of $45.36 applied to 5days, or $226,80. I was billed $448.40.I am due a refund of $221.60Contacting
[email protected] is a dead letter office, two emails, no response. Calling their customer line resulted in a 3hr hold and then cutoff. Chat never responded over 12hr period.Consider a different firm.

I had issues with the CarPlay in the Nissan I had rented. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. While they didn’t have inventory to offer me another car, they gave me a new USB cord, a vent phone clip and a discount. It was above and beyond customer service for what was a minor/annoying issue. Props to the gal that helped me! Thank you!

I reserved a car at Enterprise for a 10am pickup. The flight was 45 minutes late. When I got to the desk at 11am there was no car available immediately unless I upgraded. Wait time is estimated at 30 minutes. What's the use of reserving a car if they can't have them ready? If I brought the car back 30 minutes late, I guarantee they'd charge me.

Inconvenient location. No attendant in parking area, you have to walk in to drop the car keys and provide them the mileage and fuel. Overall just ran kinda poorly. I rented a a midsized VW Jetta or similar. I was provided a Nissan Sentra with 28K miles. I felt like I was renting from one of those rent by the week type places with teaser rates on older cars.

We needed a mid-size SUV, so we rented one with Enterprise. They gave us a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. On no planet is that a mid-size SUV. It barely fit our family of 4 and 3 bags. If that's a mid-size SUV, then I'm the CEO of Enterprise.

Not sure if I should be leaving this for Alamo since that's who my reservation was with, but her business card says Enterprise..Rented with Rachel on 1/21 and she was the best to me! Super informative..no idea you don't pump your own gas in OR and suggestive with places to see. Thanks for being so good to me in my time of celebration!

I booked a sedan, one way from Redmond to Tacoma.I recently moved back to the area and have to pick up my vehicle from the port in Tacoma.I booked the rental over the phone about an hour prior to picking it up. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and polite, she even gave me a discount for being a loyal customer. She gave me a few different options and I requested a sedan.Shortly before 8:00pm, my very pregnant wife and I drove my brothers truck 20 miles to pick up the car that I had been informed was available. When we arrived, I went to the desk where no one was. I looked for a bell to ring but there isn’t one. After a while I saw a woman with very dark hair about shoulder length walking my direction. I thought she was another customer because there was nothing that indicated she was an employee. From about 20 feet away she asks in a rude tone, “What is it I can do for you?”. I was surprised because of how unprofessional of a first impression that was. I stuttered a bit and said, “I’m picking up”.She asked my name, confirms a couple details, then tells me that she only has a Yukon available. To that I let her know that wouldn’t be an option, I’m driving a long way and I don’t want to spend a ton of money on gas. She mentioned some vehicles were still being cleaned, I asked her how long it would take because I drove over specifically for this. She wouldn’t give me an answer.Out of nowhere she tells me that I need to provide her with a piece of mail and a pay stub before I could rent. I said verbatim, “Never in my life have I had to do that.” She started saying how the lady on the phone forgot to ask and that because I’m a local resident I need to provide that information. So I told her, “I don’t have it, I technically don’t even live here yet, I just moved here and I just need to pick up my car from the port in Tacoma.”. She then started asking how I was going to pay, and I told her that I should probably just cancel. (Because they only have the Yukon). She was completely fine with that, she didn’t offer any solution, she didn’t try to keep my business, she just sent me to the company next door by yelling over the wall and into the door at someone who didn’t even seem to be there. So I just left and drove the 20 miles back.A complete waste of time and gas.I understand working at an airport and dealing with people all the time, in fact I used to work at that very airport for the dominant airline there. It’s not always fun, but that is absolutely not an excuse for driving business away because you don’t want to do your job. From the beginning I said nothing at all and was met with disrespect. This is unacceptable behavior and I hope no one has to suffer the same treatment from that woman.

Rented a car at Redmond, OR airport. Overall easy and friendly experience. Didn’t appreciate the hard sell for the insurance that I don’t need, which I find annoying. The car had a defective tire pressure sensor, they may not have known about it.

Redmond Oregon location. I was a little disappointed this time. We always come to Redmond and rent our cars through enterprise since, we are members. This is the time where I felt like I didn’t get the deal, the car was dirty and the service was mediocre. In the past there was a lady who worked at enterprise counter and would give us exceptionally excellent service. Unfortunately she wasn’t there.
