My son rolled in on his way to someplace else and his car suddenly stopped right across the street from Five Guys. We were panicked that it was something horrible, but it was an easy fix and they didn't charge him anything for it. Got him on his way in five minutes.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! They destroyed my engine and then I had to take them to court and still didn't receive enough money to fix the motor they messed up.

These guys go above and beyond. Being recent customers for our 4x4, our clutch went out while we were driving (not related to what they did). These guys searched the whole town for us and then helped us find a way to fix the clutch pedal so that we could get it home. Outstanding service, knowledgeable, and at price that beats the competition.I can put it to you this way, we went to get brakes done at another place before and were asking about horror stories that they have seen from 5 Guys, the worst we got was "O yeah? But have you ever seen 5 guys working in there at one time".5 Guys Auto Repair are good guys and have good service. These are about the only guys in Redmond that I trust being a mechanic myself.

Matt attempted to fix and failed. Broke more than fixed. Another employee didn't seem to care much. He didn't charge much. Admitted he was learning something new. Shop probably gets more Domestic cars than Imports.
