Foreman's did a nice job of repairing some electrical wiring on my 2024 Jeep (rodent nest!). They drove to Bend to get a connector and fixed it the same day. He showed me the repairs before putting the engine cover back on which I appreciate.

This winter in the height of snow and Ice apocalypse I blew a transmission cooler line on the way to town!! Thinking I had the supplies with me available to take care of it roadside I proceeded. As I laid freezing in the snow and ice under the car trying to refill the transmission fluid I realized I was not going to have enough!! Before I could even get out from under the car I hear a voice asking me if everything's all right and if there's anything he can do to help!! I explained my predicament to him and before I can even finish he's noticed that I was using my flashlight in my phone, so he hands me a small rechargeable flashlight that plugs into your lighter socket and says here you can have this I hand these out to people for free!! He then tells me that he owns Foreman Auto that is close by and that he has the exact kind of transmission fluid that I need for my BMW and he will run in and get it for me! Can you took off and was back within minutes, he asked if you could help and I said no I think I just about had it I just had to top off that last little bit. He insisted on waiting with his truck lights shining under my vehicle so I could see better and if I needed help I finished and got out and started the vehicle and make sure the transmission engaged Etc. I told him it was a lifesaver and thanked him for his help and ask him what I owed him for getting me the transmission fluid, he said nothing and refused to let me pay him anything!! He's simply asked that I spread the word!! How often does that kind of stuff happen these days? Not only was he a godsend when I needed it most and was a kind and caring citizen literally just trying to help, but actually renewed my faith in humanity and our potential for goodness!! He's a true Super Hero in my book!! I'm sorry to say it's taken 6 months to do my part but I lost the card and i couldn't remember the name😦!!

I called after hours and he told me I could come by. Fixed my car fast for an extremely reasonable price that I was quoted way more at an other place. Also confirmed my suspicions that a repair shop I received an oil change from who had said all this stuff was wrong and quoted me thousands of dollars was in fact lying. Very fair and honest. I’m new to Redmond and am excited I have found my new mechanic. Thank you!
EDIT 5/24/25: This place continues to be 5 stars and more. They are continuously the only place that can fix pretty minor issues on my car when everyone else says they can't. They are fast reliable and very flexible with scheduling. Place is a gem!

During a mission to drop off a car to someone in Redmond Oregon my 2013 Honda civic broke down. I called around to multiple mechanics before getting a hold of Justin at Foreman’s Auto. He took a look at my car and determined it could not be fixed right away. I was extremely stressed on how to get home by the next day and being 365 miles away the price to get towed home was estimated $1800-2500. Justin went above and beyond and rented a trailer hitch so that way he could tow me and my boyfriend home and for an amazing price! He gave so many options as far as fixing the car, I just determined it was time for a new car. He helped us find a safe place to stay that night in Redmond and even drove us there. Just a genuinely great human and great business to support!

Avoid this place at all cost. We took our truck to him to have the AC fixed. The first red flag was that he said we had to pay up front. Mind you you had possession of our vehicle. The first time we picked it up he assured us that all was fixed and working as it should. That lasted for approximately 10 minutes. Took it back again, he again told us it was fixed. After the third time he told my husband that it might be the compresser, he should have checked that first. Needless to say we are out almost $800 and our truck is in same condition it started in. Of course he wants more money to fix it properly. Also refused any refund. There are plenty of reputable auto shops in Redmond this is not one of them.

My message was answered promptly and because my car was not starting properly the mechanic offered to come where my car was to see if he could determine the cause. I was able to drive to get the diagnosis while I waited. He discovered a fuel pump pressure issue and said I could drive it back home and if I was to be stranded he’d come help! That’s service! The only awkward requirement is I pay upfront for the repairs. Given that I didn’t know him I took a chance and it worked out fine even though there were a couple hiccups in the repairing process that got resolved with great communication. I felt I could trust him by the time the car was fully serviced. He delivered the car when completed, since I didn’t have a ride. Again communication and service was above and beyond. Thank you for getting me back on the road. Car has been running great for several days now😊and I expect it is going to be fine. If not Justin guarantees his work for two years.
