I called the Redmond dealer and talked to the lady. Very nice and polite . And told me to come in right way and took care of me. Did the diagnosis and fix the problems. Very nice people . I wold recommend everyone to go there. I am highly satisfied with the service and will go back. I am thankful for everything they did. Fair prices and good and quick quality service.

My wife and i were driving through Redmond Oregon a few days ago and had a check engine light come on in our Diesel pusher. I called and spoke with Sterling the Service Manager and she was able to get me in first thing the next morning for a computerized diagnosis. They found the issue within a few hours along with a few other things like a coolant hose with a very small leak and some wiring that was showing signs of heat exposure "they were routed too close to the turbo by the motorhome manufacturer", provided me pictures, presented me with a detailed quote, ordered the needed parts from Portland, had them delivered there the next day, performed the repairs the following day and had us on the road early that afternoon.
The quote they gave me was fair and very close to the final bill.
I cant remember the mechanic's name and its part of their procedure to do so, but thank you for taking the extra time to look for other potential issues.
Sterling and her team run a well oiled machine!

People where great. But I gave more for next day air than for part, and still got it day and half, almost two after. Not sure I'll deal with them again ?

Truck was brought in on a Saturday 1/20/24 It is now Thursday 1/25/2024 and diagnostics have not been complete. The only information we have is that we have an estimate of over $1500 just to change the batteries. They will be charging us for charging the batteries for 4 hours. When trying to speak to the service department they are very rude and seem to not care. I would recommend to try a small shop before you send your Tractor here, it may be weeks before a diagnostic is even started.

Worst company to deal with. Took for ever to fix clutch on my cascadia, and changed flywheel which could have been resurfaced. Customer Service is rude, would not recommend working with them.

Backed up for 3-4 DAYS , plan on being here for over a week. What a drag.They need to Hire more staff &/ or work fasterPulled my truck out after the 300$ diag & they told us it would be 3-4 days to fix it maybe longerWe took the truck down the street to “dale the mobile mechanic” he got the job done in 1 dayWe have been to a lot of freightliner shops in CA AZ OR WA. & This one seems like a joke compared to Them

Staff was great, my only complaint would be how busy they were. Even Freightliner it seems has to order parts for freightliner trucks.

If you need work done o n your Freightliner ,I strongly recommend you take it to premier Freightliner in west valley,ut.(s.l.c.). Absolutely don't go to any Freightliner northwest,unless you have to much money.in that case they can absolutely relieve you of that burden. And you can happily drive away with your unrepaired vehicle.

Freightliner Northwest Service was there for us! Thank you Service Lead Eric and Service Consultant Jeff! Our Class A coach (with the OptiView digital dash) would not start. This was an intermittent issue with no clear solution. We finally made it to their parking area where it again it wouldn't start. They let us stay there Sat and Sun night until they could look at it Monday. Two hours later they had corrected the issue with a faulty pin in a terminal block.

Nice people, but slower than molasses! 10 hours for a job that should have taken less than that. Took less than 3 to have it done before at another shop. Not great for truckers!
