My roommate and I were denied an application with this company due to our age. They only require applicants to be 18, but also require 5 years of rental history which cannot include parents. While the person with whom I spoke was kind, they would not even consider us as tenants because we were under 24 and thus could not have 5 years of rental history. I will be avoiding this company going forward and spending my money elsewhere.
