Horrible customer service, sad because the woman working there seem likes she’s been there awhile. Wasn’t interested in helping me at all and I drove 30 min to get here because they told me they needed to look at the cabinet door to see if they had it, then I get here and they tell me they only have white cabinets and that’s not true after looking myself, she also told me they don’t sell “just doors” you’ll have to buy the whole cabinet and I was ok with that. Way to lose a $400 sale ?keep up the good work Depot

Everyone there is a high school drop out. Cannot read or deliver the correct materials . The incompetence of this store Cost me hundreds of dollars and 1 1/2 of time. If you have time and money to waste than please continue to use home depot. I am not going to waste my money or time using home depot any more !!! What a joke of a company .

This review is for the Home Depot card. Made my first purchase on the card. First payment was due 6 days after purchase. This was before they could provide me with a statement that contradicted my payment was due in a month and charged me a late fee. I'm paying this off immediately and trashing the card. Don't get the card.

Let me start from the beginning… first my fridge died suddenly from a power outage causing a power surge, it happened at night and lots of food had to be thrown out because of it. So the next day we go to Home Depot to purchase a new LG fridge adding delivery and set up. Two days later, they drop the fridge off on the porch and refused to bring it inside which was not what was discussed. So we thankfully wrangle up a couple of friends to help us get it inside. I call Redmond Home Depot and they kindly reimburse the delivery payment I made- that’s great but still annoying. From the first day the water and ice maker were glitchy and would turn off intermittently. This was our mistake. We should have somehow gotten said fridge back to Home Depot asap to return. But it was cooling fine and we decided if it continued too long we would call the manufacturer. Well lo and behold yesterday the entire fridge died. Not cooling at all, no lights, no display. Nothing. We checked the power outlet, it’s not that. I call Home Depot, oh- no returns after 48 hours. Oh, you have to call the manufacturer. I ask for that number since I was not provided it at purchase, they offer to “mail me a pamphlet”. I quickly let the associate know, no you can tell me it on the phone now. I call LG to find out we have to file a claim with a third party, which takes weeks which is just ridiculous and unrealistic for a family to go that long without a fridge in the house. My husband and I have been loyal Home Depot customers for years and just this summer alone have spent thousands of dollars- two weeks prior to this fridge incident we just bought a new washer and dryer from there. The lack of customer service and preposterous “48 hour return policy” for appliances is asinine and irresponsible. How do you sleep at night knowing you are screwing over families?? We will never spend another dime at any Home Depot ever again. I would rather pay three times more at a locally owned hardware store than support this lame excuse for a company. What’s your stupid slogan? “Do More?” Your company needs to do more to take care of their paying customers.

This HD is pretty poor in terms of customer service for flooring. They messed up our order, the installers attempted to put carpet where laminate was supposed to go, a delivery trick broke down, and part of the product was damaged upon delivery. When we went I to the store to see when the rest of the product would be ready Kathy was snotty about it and said we needed to call Monday. Then she gave us the information we were asking for.

I picked up Behr Red Velvet semi gloss to repaint my bathroom vanity. They were able to match the color perfectly. Good and helpful service.

I had three interactions with the Home Depot in Redmond, Oregon, this week and all three were poor.
First, on Father's Day, I went to pick up an order my wife had purchased for me. When the gentleman brought out the order, I noticed an item was missing. He informed me they were unable to fulfill the second item, even though my receipt indicated it was expected in a couple of days. He told me the SKU wasn't available in store, and when I asked what I should do, he was unhelpful. Three days later, the item arrived in the store.
Today, Friday, June 21st, I went to pick up my order and also wanted to get a Gladiator wall set, which they did not carry. That's not the issue. I waited in the customer service line to pick up my order for at least 20 minutes, behind just one person, with no acknowledgment from any employees as they walked past me. Frustrated, I left and came back later, only to experience the same problem. I waited another 20 minutes, observing that only one person was at the register and no one else was stepping in to help, despite knowing the situation. (still waiting)
I'm not sure what's happening at this Home Depot, but they need to improve their customer experience. This is why I prefer shopping at Lowe's over Home Depot.

I love this store even more everytime I walk through the doors. HI IM HERE! For those employees who were there during the meeting not long ago. Thank you for entrance. ❤️
Debbie in the paint department has been a huge help to me during our home remodel project. She helped me match colors and gave me wonderful advice and I'm very happy with the colors she guided us towards.
Austin who was stocking tiles yesterday that laughed along with me as he searched the store for a product that was only sold in a kit. I ended up ordering several online.
Justin who always asks about my updates and wants to see photos of progress. Helped me to many an aisle for obscure items. And always a smiling face.
And Brent who I always look forward to seeing and has helped countless times. Especially the last several months. And i genuinely seek him out, much to his dismay lol
I do not know what I would do with out you all! Thank you all for your exceptional service and

I would say that my experience at this Home Depot is in line with my experience at most of the other locations I have been to across the state. However, after being into this location not less than 10 times now, I have to say that my experience with the staff here has been very hit and miss. Sometimes I will be approached by staff to help find what I am looking for. Other times, I will have to find a staff to ask for help. Repeatedly, when I have asked for help - I have been greeted by annoyance and/or judgement from the staff. There are definitely a few friendly employees but they are far and few between.
