Do NOT use them.. second year and just got passed around and HUGE lack of communication… paid extra for the “peace of mind” that literally has made me lose it… Our taxes were filed incorrectly for 2023 and now have to be amended for this year that we may have to pay penalties for… our taxes this year our “tax pro” waited until the LAST DAY, to send them to someone unqualified to prepare them… only to have someone we never spoke with then take our information and say they are working on them (4pm 4/15)…. Absolutely will NOT use them again and encourage others to do the same!
Called the customer support number… what a waste of time to be passed over and over (30 mins) to a different department to not get any resolution. I’m filing a complaint with the Board of Accountancy for Kathleen Power.

I was stood up earlier this week for a scheduled appointment. No phone call, no follow-up at all, not even an explanation as to why. Very poor form and unprofessional on H&R's end. Your competitor thanks you.

Got me the pandemic money thing on my taxes when I was having a hard time getting it back then and couldn't figure it out. They helped me get enough that I was able to buy a new used car. Thank you!

Tax person I was matched with didn't have experience needed..took 2 weeks passing april 15 date. Was charged 100.00 more than previous year, zero discount for problems and frustration this experience caused. I will go elsewhere next year

I made two appointments and they were confirmed. When I showed up no one answered the door, phone call or messages I left. Very unprofessional!!!

I was rushed and I don't think my preparer got me my maximum return. I could have prepared my own for less than what it cost me to have my taxes done at H&R Block.

Last year was great but this year made appointment went in the women at the front desk said I didn't have a appointment show her my phone that show that I had a appointment said sorry but that has been happening alot so have to make another appointment and trip into town 50 miles around trip thanks H&R
