I would like to bring to everyone's attention a recent experience I had with the Jiffy Lube location in Redmond, where we have been loyal customers for the past 13 years. We have always appreciated their status as a veteran-owned business and felt we could trust them with our vehicles.
However, during my wife's recent visit to have her Jeep's oil changed, we noticed that the window sticker was not updated. This was the second time in a row this has happened. I also discovered that all four valve stem caps were missing. I had previously purchased stainless steel 9mm shell caps for her Jeep. I contacted the Jiffy Lube, and they assured me they would investigate the matter. The following day, they reviewed the technician's information and stated they would reach out to him. After several days, I followed up and was informed that the cameras confirmed the valve caps were present when the vehicle arrived, and not there when she left but they could not identify who removed them and that they would not replace them. When I expressed my disappointment, particularly regarding our longstanding patronage, the response I received indicated a lack of accountability. It is concerning that an employee had taken personal property, and the management's decision not to address the issue reinforces a mistrust.
While the monetary value of the valve caps is not significant, the principle of the matter is troubling. This incident raises questions about overall security and integrity at this establishment. What else do the employees help themselves to? Change any cash they find? Consequently, I have decided to seek service from another provider moving forward.

I give this store a 5 star because Jace is such a awesome young man who has great customers service.
He is pleasant as well as all the guys who work there.
This morning around 11:55 I came in because I needed at top off I was coming from the dump when my Indicator came on and says that I need to put oil in now, so I didn't know this, but jiffy tops you off, something Jace told me about the last time I was in.
However when I came in I had my dump trailer in tow, I approached the shop only to be greeted by a yound lady and then can comes behind her, in a disrespectful tone telling her to tell me i had to drop my trailer without finding out what I needed in the first place. I went to go pull around then in another negative tone he tells me I can't go that way because cars are blocking it and I would need to back up when a care was behind me. I paused and gathered my thoughts pulled to the side, I got out of my truck went into the shop and the same man didn't even greet me when I came into the store, it was Jace who saw me from outside came in to ask if I had been helped, the same same used that same Demeaning tone towards Jace.
When Jace came out to help me, I asked Jace for the man's name and if he was new, because if he was the type of person I would have to deal with when coming into this place I would go get my oil changed at another place. The man's name is javier and jace told me he was the Regional manager. Well he needs to get off his high horse and treat customers with more respect, he is rude.
I only remember Jace name because it's on his shirt, and the kindness & servitude he shows with all guest.

Not where I normally go for auto lube service but stopped in on our way to the coast because of an issue with the fuel filter. I'd been experiencing air getting into the fuel on my Duramax diesel ever since my last service (at a different business) and now I was getting a change filter immediately message so we pulled in to Jiffy Lube in Redmond. Duramax fuel filters are not easy but our service technician was professional and competent. I would definitely recommend them to all. And, no more bleeding the fuel system ever couple of days

Took my confusing old truck because I was lazy. They were quick to welcome me as soon as I was in line. They had fun and didn't miss anything on the truck. I liked going there more than most and I'll be back.

They ended up putting on a filter. That was too small for my VA. They ended up overtigning my drain plugged to where I had to have 2 people torque it off they put up piece of cardboard for an air filter in it.Garbage work
