The gym has outstanding and great instructors, including multiple brown and black belts for one-on-one coaching. It offers awesome adult and kids classes starting at age five, with a wonderful trajectory for kiddos. The technique is not watered down. There is a huge mat space with plenty of room to roll, suitable for those who like to compete or want to get in shape. The culture is awesome, very friendly and helpful, with a great family training atmosphere. No experience is needed to start, and prices are great with a family discount.
