My wife and I have been in the Real Estate buisness since 1970, In that time we have come across at least 50 Morgage Bankers and loan officers. But none like Phaysy Allen.
5 years ago we needed to reduce our morgage loan portfolio, because of the Dodd-Frank Act of 2008. She said to give her a chance, when other bankers said it was too much work. Phaysy took 18 months and reduced 17 loans to four and since obtained three more new loans for us.

Jason was incredibly savvy and easy to work with. Despite being in a different time zone and my income being rather complicated, Jason and his team nailed it every step of the way.
