Jess was great. She worked with me on a new mattress several weeks ago. I ended up ordering it online. Best sleep I've gotten in almost 3 years. So I went back to her for pillows. Again based off her recommendations I ordered some. Cant wait for the pillows to show up as her advice hasn't steered me wrong yet.
