“We came in the day before New Year’s Eve for a minor injury my daughter had. The staff were incredibly warm, and her medical assistant in particular was wonderfully playful. I regret not double-checking names—though I did see MA: Bobby / ______ on the door—but whoever helped us absolutely nailed it. My mildly anxious “why am I at the doctor” kid was won over with stickers galore, sneaky pre-exam lollipops, plus delightful gasps and the MA “running away” after my kiddo said Beetlejuice three times ?. Such a positive experience when it could have been stressful or even reasonably plain boring.”

“Let me just start off by saying what a weeny I am with needles. I hate them I hate being poked and all that jazz. I've been coming to interpath here in redmond for a hot minute and miss Tina always takes care me like a baby. No judgment or anything from her. I love her! She is gentle and over all so amazing!! These past recent times my veins have been difficult but she does such an outstanding job!! I've fainted on her twice and she always takes such good care of me. I don't see myself going anywhere for my Labs unless it's with her! I make sure to tell my Dr's to please send her my orders because my experiences with her have and are always so pleasant. Please don't ever let Tina go!! I love her!! I'll let her stab my anyway! Love herrr!!!”
