“I love Tina ? and she runs a tight ship so even is there are a number of people waiting she's the bomb in getting everyone through in a timely manner. Go Tina, we love you!!”
“The front lady is super sweet. She knows her patience and always has a smile on her face. The nurse that helps my client get his catheter change is patient and gentle with him.”
“We came in the day before New Year’s Eve for a minor injury my daughter had. The staff were incredibly warm, and her medical assistant in particular was wonderfully playful. I regret not double-checking names—though I did see MA: Bobby / ______ on the door—but whoever helped us absolutely nailed it. My mildly anxious “why am I at the doctor” kid was won over with stickers galore, sneaky pre-exam lollipops, plus delightful gasps and the MA “running away” after my kiddo said Beetlejuice three times ?. Such a positive experience when it could have been stressful or even reasonably plain boring.”
