By far this is the best paint store I have found in Central Oregon and in the valley. Chuck and James are exceptional with knowledge and help. They are friendly and take time to answer all questions. I had a paint match done recently and it was perfect.

My experience with Miller Paint Company is mixed, but I would not hesitate to give them my business again in the future. I purchased paint for exterior home repairs and a blending coat due to damage from an extreme spring storm. I had the paperwork from when I painted my house ten years ago and took it in so I could match the paint. No problem, they still carried the paint and were able to mix the same colors. The problem was the numbers were wrong on the new bill so when I went back in to get more I was sold flat versus satin. I was not the one painting with that color so it was not totally obvious until we thought the project was done and in the right lighting when we knew it was dry it was very obvious there was an issue. I took the paperwork into Miller Paint to discuss the challenge and they did not hesitate to replace the paint and gave me an extra gallon to make sure I would have enough and to make up for the two extra days I would spend repainting. Not all companies stand by their service, but Miller Paint did not hesitate. I even had about twenty pictures on my phone that I did not need to support what happened. So again, even though there were bumps in this project I would not hesitate to give Miller Paint my business again in the future.

The staff are very helpful with paint selection. When I ordered two speciality paints from Portland , it took well over a month to get. Because of how long I waited, the paint was free!
