Jim and Joyce made the process of obtaining my home loan the easiest and least stressful, especially for a first time home buyer who didn’t know anything about buying a home. During the whole process, Jim explained everything clearly to me and wanted to make sure we got the best rates and loan for us. They were able to get my new home closed earlier than expected and were in constant communication with me the entire time and readily available for any questions or concerns that came up. I can't recommend them enough! The process of obtaining my loan was the easiest and most clear process I have been through. Starting with the loan application, Jim explained everything to me. Including, how my score affects my rates and things I could do to improve it for a better rate. They were able to get my new home closed very quickly and were in constant communication with me the entire time. I can't recommend them enough!
