My experience was awesome! I have rented from Northwest Self Storage a few times,and have always been happy with their service. I just needed to rent storage again,and the person working there was courteous,helpful,friendly,and happy to be of service. I even let her know how much I appreciated her. I would recommend them to anyone,they know professional service,with an upbeat friendly smile! 😊

The desk lady was very nice and welcoming. She had a warm vibe and was easy to listen to. Very calming after a hectic day of moving. I love this place its the only storage facility I ever use.
