In addition to savings and checking, I have a credit card through OCCU. I was behind on payments and communicated with several associates about it. The last time I spoke with an associate, I informed him I had just lost my job and wouldn’t be able to make a payment. He said he’d “make a note of that” and proceeded to instead take 1,700 of my STUDENT LOAN MONEY that I use to PAY FOR SCHOOL out of my savings. Dishonest, deceptive and devious.
