Friendly staff and awesome lounge for the many hours you will wait there. I came in early in the morning for a scr harness short i was having. I told them i needed a new scr harness. They only deleted the codes and did a force regen. My Truck didnt even went inside the shop at all.
Saw they finished with my Truck 5 hours later and paperwork took 1 more. I paid $400 got my keys and told me it was just a fuse. I went outside and started my Truck, not even 5 secs later and the service and check engine light were flashing. Went inside and told them i still have issues with my Truck. They told me that their Mechanic was gonna come in 2h.
I was left with no option but to leave as i already wasted almost all day at this shop and had to make a delivery the same day. I had to unplug my speed sensor and bypass the derates but made it on time.
I basically wasted $400 for a diagnostic and a force regen that did nothing. Just a big waste of hard earned money. After i delivered my Load, i bought the SCR harness at Pasco Kenworth and took it to Freightliner shop. My truck was up and running with 0 issues after that. They gotta listen to their custumers, WE Are The ones that PAY.

Very friendly staff. Was able to get my truck in immediately. Other than waiting on PACCAR for instructions due to warranty, my truck was repaired rather quickly. Always kept me informed. The facility is top notch, with a very nice customer lounge with a shower and laundry,and extremely clean ?

They don't have ramps, they take you down with a skid and forklift but the unloading is a breeze in 30 minutes and you're out.

As a past employee I can tell you fraud is rampid misdiagnosis is common fraud and stealing in the normal. The service manager Josh knudsen approved this. I have contacted Veritable vegetable, Cool port, Richard bowling, Coolport, Professional pipe line, D Troy logistics, Double D, All City Trucking, Jba, Badger, Mequire& Hester, US transportation, Norcal material, Aj& Sons,Ups, Fed Ex, Ups, Reyes Coke , Biggie cranes, Central Oregon, Rl Trucking, Amazon, Salvation Army, Hydro Chem, and so on. Charging shop supplies as a percentage and nothing is included. My concerns has been sent to Emmett Foreman the General manager.

Thank you Fred and the service team for your professionalism and dedication. Our driver had a problem with the leaking seal, we called to check the shop schedule around 3pm, Fred told us most likely the driver would be taken the next morning but instead they got the truck in the shop as soon as it arrived around 4:30pm. The repair job was outstanding, the communication was a top notch. The facility has everything for drivers including showers. Again thank you for great service.

Delayed my part for 4 days cost me several thousand dollars in revenue. Cannot work when the parts i had air freighted was not processed. Not even a sorry for my inconvenience. First and last time at this place.
